Frederick made is feel welcome and answered all of our questions. He was very patient with us as we are very deliberate shoppers, especially for large purchases. He made sure we found the car that we wanted and didn't settle or ask us to settle for anything less. In the end he found us our perfect car. Both he and Brian worked with us to get the numbers to where they were comfortable for all parties involved and we ended up driving home in a new car that day. Lisa was so much fun to work with. She explained all of the add-ons, etc. and made sure I was comfortable with all of the features before I left. She helped me get my phone synced up with my car and made sure I understood how they worked together. I have also had questions since my purchase and she has been very helpful and responsive. Linda made the stress and anxiety of purchasing a vehicle very easy. She was very easy to work with and made sure we understood all of the financial information through the process. We weren't planning on buying a car that day and didn't have much of the information we needed for our trade with us. She worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly and was accommodating to the fact that we would need to come back the following day to completely finalize things. As the title says, this was a wonderful experience. I usually have great stress and anxiety when making large purchases such as this and they made the experience very nice. Thank you all. Excellent Experience- Thank You! I recently traded in my 2005 Dodge 1500 at Ted Britt Ford for an awesome brand new fully loaded 2014 Ford F150! I have never purchased a vehicle from I recently traded in my 2005 Dodge 1500 at Ted Britt Ford for an awesome brand new fully loaded 2014 Ford F150! I have never purchased a vehicle from Ted Britt before, but they were recommended highly by my wife’s co-workers. The team at Ted Britt was great, and Danny Martinez was with us every step of the way. My wife had stopped by the dealership a day before I could be there and he made her feel welcome and at ease. Danny didn't pressure her, we very much appreciated that, and he showed her one of the trucks we were interested in. The next day, I was able to visit the dealership and Danny was an excellent salesman. The test driving experience was great, we drove one vehicle to another lot, parked the vehicles side by side to compare them (One was a Super Cab and the other a Super Crew). I told Danny that either truck would be the one for me! We returned to the salesroom and he worked magic to get me a great trade-in on my vehicle and help get me into the truck of my dreams. Because I am rebuilding my credit after some troubles, I appreciate that Linda listened to our story, did not belittle us, and made us feel comfortable through the entire process of financing the vehicle. It isn't easy to admit past mistakes and we are thankful for her kindness. We are amazed at the fact Linda was able to help me get approved with an interest rate below 6%. All I could keep saying to my wife was, "How did she do that?" AMAZING! I especially want to compliment Danny for being one of the most honest salesmen I have ever worked with. The numbers were crunched and we were on our way in to sign all papers and he stopped us prior to going in to share that the first vehicle we looked at was equipped with Eco Boost (which we discussed the positives of) and that he didn't notice until he brought the other vehicle up from your other lot that the truck we decided on purchasing did not. He wanted to make sure we were getting the truck we wanted and all the options we wanted. I respect him for his honesty and the integrity he brings to your dealership! I have already recommended Ted Britt and Danny to friends who are considering getting a Ford and plan to return with my wife in a few years to purchase her new car. We hope to find Danny still working there. (We’d be back sooner if we weren't so upside down on her current car.) We are so happy to be back in a Ford F150! Thank you! More
