Dave Donley, the salesman I worked with, was phenomenal. He truly took into consideration what I was looking for, my price range, overall my experience, and that fact that this is my first car. I definitely recommend you ask for Dave, he'll not only absolutely listen to what you are looking for, he'll make the process as easy and understandable as he can. He definitely cares about his clients. Lisa Light came into the picture informing me of programs Ted Britt offers and advising me on the warranty and protection for my new "used" vehicle. I knew I'd like her from the start, her bubbly charisma and down to earth personality made me feel right at home. She's definitely someone I'll be calling in the future for maintenance and service. Financing was definitely the part I was dreading. Both Jennifer Moccaldi and Natasha Kapoor made the process a whole lot less intimidating. The pair seemed super optimistic and made the entire financing experience as delightful as it can be. I definitely recommend checking into Ted Britt, I couldn't have asked for better. More

They were able to show me all the options available to me and broke them down piece by piece identifying the strengths and weaknesses. They were both truly amazing and are fantastic at what they do. They really go through the extra effort to ensure that you understand and that you are getting the best deal possible.
