Pleasant experience We came to Ted Britt Ford based on an internet bid on a type vehicle we had not previously driven, the Ford Fusion. Sales associate Marcus Castel We came to Ted Britt Ford based on an internet bid on a type vehicle we had not previously driven, the Ford Fusion. Sales associate Marcus Castellanos was patient, calm, low key, good natured. He showed us every vehicle on the lot meeting our requirements and clearly explained alternatives. We were comfortable with the entire sales process. Sales Manager Khalid Shah was fair and reasonable in final price negotiation. While he was one step removed, in our brief contact he was highly professional. Finance Manger Roxanne Wilson handled sales of extended warranty and maintenance contracts, in addition to her role of approving financing and the pile of legal and contract documents involved in a vehicle sale. She was direct, straight-forward. Clearly explained the purpose of each document, and most efficient in moving through the process. She tailored her sales pitch to our driving needs, again with no pressure. Very pleasant experience. More

New Super duty Dealer was very friendly and helpful. Linda was able to secure financing close to what I expected to pay monthly. She did not pressure me into buying plans that I do not need. Salesman Dave Donley was familiar with the truck and all of the bells and whistles associated with it. Dave took his time to explain all of the options and programmed my phones to Blue Tooth. The tires were low on air and the service bays were closed, but it is a holiday no big deal. More

I was always acknowledged of being there and didn't get the silent treatment I would get from other dealerships I had visited (you know, the whole "let him sit there and wait it out" or "I'm busy with something else, ...go get a drink of water or something". Salesman (Tom Ross) - Excellent __ Sales Manager - Magician with getting numbers to work. __ Customer Service Rep - Excellent __ Finance - Excellent (there were certainly more to the team behind the scenes like the Detailers, Service, etc). New to Ford Family - Great Truck & Great Price I had a general interest in the F150 for a while and my warranty was up on my car. Decided to go the truck or SUV route. Ended up falling in love with I had a general interest in the F150 for a while and my warranty was up on my car. Decided to go the truck or SUV route. Ended up falling in love with the F150 Limited and got just that. Ted Britt had the most selection and best price in the area. After weeks of consideration, test drives, and being busy I bought the truck. It had a few minor scratches in it despite only have 30 miles on the clock. I just got the truck back from having all the minor issues fixed so that I was at 100%. Couldn't be happier right now. More

Leased 2014 Ford Explorer I was in the market for a new lease as my current Cadillac lease was expiring soon. Will return to Tedd Britt in the future After a lot of research and a terrible experience with another area dealership, we found ourselves at Ted Britt Ford looking into buying a ford focus After a lot of research and a terrible experience with another area dealership, we found ourselves at Ted Britt Ford looking into buying a ford focus ST. I contacted Ted Britt Ford after seeing a very good deal on their VIP pricing for the ford focus ST. I was contacted by Amara who answered ALL my questions (and I had a lot). She was very patient with my husband and me as we waffled back and forth on whether or not to buy a car at this time. She was very upfront about everything and provided us with any and all information we asked for. She even came by to see us when we came in to test drive the car. Shaw was our salesperson and he worked hard for us. He let us test drive the car on the highway as well as on the roads around the dealer. He was patient with us as we tested our new car seat to see if it fit in the car. He answered every question we had and was incredibly helpful. He has remained in touch with us since we bought the car and has continued to provide us with excellent service. Alexis with customer service was a lot of fun. She was entertaining and informative. She helped us get everything set-up and got me water and directed us to the vending machines. She made the wait for financing much more tolerable. Matthew with financing was very informative and fun to talk to. He got us a great rate and helped us navigate the world of car financing. He was respectful of the decisions we made and did not push us when we declined options/offers. This was an excellent experience. Buying a car at Ted Britt was as enjoyable as possible. We will return to this dealer for future purchases. More

First Service Visit This was my first visit for service at the Ted Britt facility after purchasing my 2010 F-150 new from another local dealership. My face-to-face experi This was my first visit for service at the Ted Britt facility after purchasing my 2010 F-150 new from another local dealership. My face-to-face experience with the Ted Britt staff was excellent. The waiting area and parts/cashier area were clean and well maintained. The wait time for an oil and filter services was about two hours, which is understandable for a Saturday. I was disappointed that I could not schedule my service appointment online as I could with other dealerships. I had to call in my appointment request, and as a first-time customer, I needed to verbally provide all relavent information. Online requests and information exchange would have been more efficient for all parties involved. I was surprised that my vehicle was not washed prior to delivery from service...again, this is offered by other local Ford dealerships. As I am familar with the Ted Britt name as one of the long-established dealerships in Northern Virginia, I would think that a portion of the advertising dollars could be channeled toward a modest vehicle wash facility. I would recommend Ted Britt for service needs and I plan to return in the future. More

Excellent experience! This was our first time shopping at Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax and it was a wonderful experience. We were met by Tom Ross as we got out of vehicle and This was our first time shopping at Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax and it was a wonderful experience. We were met by Tom Ross as we got out of vehicle and he did an excellent job of helping us find the right vehicle. Tom was patient, informative, and a pleasure to work with. After selecting the right vehicle and Tom got all the paperwork in process we met Alexis Mayes who provided us with a lot of great information about the features of our vehicle before we went into the finance office. She was also very patient while showing us the features in the vehicle. Alexis was a pleasure to work with. Lastly we met Matthew Drennen who helped with all the financing paperwork. Matthew provided us with all the information we needed to make the decisions we needed to in the purchase of the vehicle. Matthew was able to get us through the process in a very timely manner. All in all we had a excellent experience shopping at Ted Britt Ford with Tom, Alexis, and Matthew. We will return in the future. More
