Top-Notch Service I switched back to Ford after having VWs for a number of years. I get a loaner whenever I bring my car in, and they get the service done right and done fast. My only comment - washing the car should be part of the service. I paid a lot for my warranty and service plan; a free car wash should be done every time it is in without me asking. More

The entire staff is welcoming and professional, especially my sales rep Mitch Sulkess. He's easy to talk to and very thorough in making sure you find the best car, he even went out of his way to make sure I had a ride back from CarMax. Financing my car was easy too thanks to Matt Drennen who was equally thorough and friendly. Lastly, I got a great deal with Alexis to undercoat my car and protect it from any future corrosion. Overall an excellent experience, I highly recommend Ted Britt to anyone looking for a great deal on a great car. More
