I came in after work around 6:30pm and because it was the end of the mon I recently purchased a New 2014 Ford Focus SE and have an amazing experience. I came in after work around 6:30pm and because it was the end of the month, they were slammed. Didn't leave until 11pm, but each person I dealt with (Joel Bartling, Lisa Light, and Roxanne Wilson) made the process not even seem that long. Each one of the aforementioned individuals guided me through the process, with my best interests in mind. Being a young, recent grad, I came into the process expecting for be given lengthy pitches designed to take advantage of the customer, but it was actually the opposite experience. They're great people who know what they're talking about and treat you well. More

Our intent was to use the Navy Federal car buying program, but due to the time Linda took to work with us, we ended up financing through Ted Britt. Additionally, our sale rep. (Tom) was no pressure, easy-going and kept to his word. We had talked with many other sales reps. at different dealerships prior to meeting Tom - and we knew right away, that his style worked for how we like to do business. We also dealt with Naznin when making our appt. to meet with Tom who immediately contacted me via email and mobile to ensure she understood what our needs were prior to us arriving. Lastly, Lindsay was very pleasant to work with as she quickly got us accustomed to our new vehicle prior to us departing the dealership. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we will be telling our friends and family about the experience. I look forward to this level of sustained performance from Ted Britt. Thank you - job well done. More

He helped me comb through several vehicles and worked with me on pricing and discounts. My salesman, Eric, was very professional and helpful. He even worked with me to get an extra discount I wasn't aware I might qualify for. Nina was friendly and conversational. She was extremely informative and even offered to stay after closing to help me set up my Sync system. Linda in finance was a pleasure to work with and made the experience even easier than I anticipated. Lisa was also pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Everyone had a great attitude and made you feel welcome. No pushy upsellsing or bad attitudes. Each individual I worked with was friendly, helpful and delivered an excellent level of customer service. More

After a less than a stellar experience with another local Ford dealership I was ready to re-think my choice of trucks. My perception was completely changed after I drove away from Ted Britt behind the wheel of a new F-150. The professionalism, interaction, and overall outstanding commitment by this team was for one sole purpose; to ensure that I truly had the most outstanding car buying experience. They exemplified what one would rate as the apex of customer service. I cannot say enough about what a refreshing feeling it was to be involved with such a professional crew. Ed's patience and attention to detail in explaining features, addressing concerns, and insight was truly refreshing. Outstanding salesmanship without being overbearing. Brian was what one would expect in the type of leader that would want to see at the forefront. I cannot say more about Lindsay's energy, enthusiasm and presence, other than unbelievable!! Linda was a complete joy to work with. It's always the financing that turns into the "can't wait to finish" portion of the purchase. Not so, with Linda...she made it seem like a breeze and before I knew, it was over and I almost walked out of her office feeling like it ended too soon. That is, till I was greeted again by Ed and Lindsay to take me to my new truck and give me a personal walk thru of all features. They both just continued what confirmed to be one of the best auto buying experiences that I've ever had. Kudos to Ted Britt and whoever assimilated such a tremendous team. First service for my Ted Britt certified pre-owned 2011 Ford Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Also asked service department to look at two other items I noticed after purchasing the car (re Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Also asked service department to look at two other items I noticed after purchasing the car (rear view mirror cover kept falling off; and ambient interior light settings changed randomly without operator action). The dealership had to order a new cover for the interior rear-view mirror (took an additional day) and could not replicate the interior ambient light problem I reported. While the car was parked in their service lot, someone broke the driver's side outside mirror, requiring replacement. This required ordering another part (and took an additional day). When I came to pick up the car (and pay for the service), there were greasy fingerprints all over the outside mirror cover and door. Why not clean up after a repair or maybe wash the car? Four days required for the entire service. Jeff Bird was very helpful and cooperative.... he was not responsible for the damage. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. More

The only major issues I had was that when we were figuring the financing Jennifer put in an extra thousand dollar rebate and didn't realize it until everything was printed and i was about to sign the papers. But we worked together to figure it out. and then my car had a bunch of water spots after being washed. it was almost like they didn't dry it. But compared to everything else it was a minor bump. Mindy was extremely friendly and Lindsay was super helpful. Everything was just so easy. I'm definitely going back there for my next car. More

The Second Car I've Ever Owned I bought my first car ever 10 years ago, and just traded it in to Ted Britt of Fairfax for a brand new 2014 Ford C-Max Energi. I worked with MItch Sulkess over the phone, text message and email to come to a good price. This was very convenient for me since I don't have much extra time right now, and wouldn't have been able to go to different dealerships and all that. I feel like I ended getting a really good deal, and really felt taken care of. Mitch seemed very knowledgable and easy to talk to. When I finally came in, I even got dinner - wow. They had extra hot dogs and potato salad - Mitch topped it off with some bottled water, and I felt very at home! Lindsay Kengla-Graber helped me sync my phone with my bluetooth in the car, and to get my navigation set up to drive me straight home. She also showed me how to work the computer system and was real with me about Enviroguard. It really seemed like a good product and is backed by complete peace of mind. She was SO nice and very open and helpful. The end of my process was spent in finance with Jennifer Moccaldi - she is so cool! She knew her stuff and helped me through the endless paperwork and warranty options. I ended up getting some great warrantys at a good price, and I feel good that it is all taken care of. Jennifer was genuine and really a great person to talk to. I got 0% APR financing through Ford, and an extra $1000 rebate for doing so - amazing! Also, I feel good in knowing that when I take my car in for service, Ted Britt will always provide me a free temporary car to use while mine is being serviced. I couldn't have asked for better on all fronts! More

I was lucky, perhaps blessed, to be met by Nate Ihara. He immediately changed my shopping experiece from one I hate, into a very pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable of his buiness as well as "reading" people. He patiently sensed that I did not want a "pressure" sales event. He was kind and understanding, even when after spending 4 hours with me to find the one that I liked, I said I wanted to go home and come back the next morning. Thanks to those 2 events, Ted Britt reputation, and having Nate as my salesman, I now have a beautiful Ford Escape Titanium. It's beautiful and fun to drive. I just got it Saturday and have already received many compliments. Once I made the decision, I was then met by two more excellent and pleasant Ted Britt employees: Lindsay to help me through the decisions on maintenance, etc as well as setting up options in the vehicle, and Linda in finance. Both were very professional and pleasant in their respective areas of expertise. I will highly recommend Ted Britt Ford to anyone looking for a car. More
