He was not only genuinely nice, he was super helpful and nowhere close to pushy. We had looked all over the internet within a 250 mi. radius of our house and Ted Britt Ford had the best advertised price and the lowest miles on the very specific used vehicle we were searching for. We had two other dealerships lined up to visit while we were in the area, JUST in case Michael wasn't able to make a good deal. We didn't make it that far. He and Khalid Shah were quick and efficient in making a deal--and making us very happy customers! Oh! And Lisa Light. Lisa, Lisa, Lisa. You know when you go into a dealership, and you look at your husband, and you say "when we go in here, we're not going to buy ANY extras."? Don't say that to your husband when you go in there. Because you're going to be a liar. (Not on purpose, at least). She got me. But in the best way possible. Our car looks soooooo nice and clean. Not to mention, smells SOOOOOO amazing. I've had at least 3 people try to sell me the SAME product and I've never regretted saying no to any of them. Lisa sold us on her product and I'm so glad she did. We protected our investment and didn't break the bank in doing so. And last, but certainly not least, Mr. George Parker. The finance department always makes me anxious, but George was so calm, cool and collected that I forgot I was in Finance! He, too, was timely and efficient in getting us through the dreaded paperwork process. All in all, we're extremely happy with our experience. Even though we got a late start leaving our house yesterday morning, we were able to travel 3 hours north, get a great bargain on a vehicle, and get back home before bedtime last night. Quality dealer and caring team I drove about an hour for this dealer as my local Ford dealers did not have a lot of stock in my price range. I bought an Explorer XLT. I do not typically buy new cars because I do not like to haggle and play games. The dealer gave me a straight forward out the door, "no haggle" price. I feel I got a great deal and all the employees in the dealership were friendly and respectful to me and my wife. It was a nice way to buy a car and I would definitely choose this dealer again. I think one should also consider this dealership group because of its great 50+ year history and the whole family involvement in the company. The atmosphere was friendly, respectful, and upbeat. I would trust this dealer because of their honesty and integrity. The visit was a little longer than it should have been as I had to wait to meet with the credit department which was backed up.
