Dealer visit, just for fun. I went to the dealership because they have the new 2015 Mustangs. I have a 2013 GT Premium that I would never consider trading in or selling. Joel was I went to the dealership because they have the new 2015 Mustangs. I have a 2013 GT Premium that I would never consider trading in or selling. Joel was the salesman who helped me on my Visit Saturday 11/8. We walked about the new 2015's against the old generation, namely the 13-14, because we both have owned one. After some friendly discussion, we went to the lot so I could see the 2015's. At first I was concerned that they wouldn't be how a Mustang should be, especially with them now having IRS, I'm still not sold on the appearance, as I think Ford went slightly too Euro, but they do look much better in person. We went on a test drive, we used the Metallic GT with the Recaro Seats and Performance Package. Wow that was a good test drive. Overall, it still does meet what many enthusiasts consider to be a Mustang, with a tamer ride. Joel was great, very friendly, and knowledgeable, even though we differed on a few things. Overall, fantastic experience. More

Gary is the best! Our service manager is Gary and every time we bring our car to him, he impresses us. This time, as I went out to get our rental car, he noticed that Our service manager is Gary and every time we bring our car to him, he impresses us. This time, as I went out to get our rental car, he noticed that it was raining pretty hard and had them bring the car around so I didn't have to get wet. I was so overwhelmed with his kindness. We are moving to North Carolina in a few weeks and will have to take our vehicle to a new dealership but we will miss Gary and the awesome customer service he gives. More

We got a fair price on the trade, and the price of the 2015 escape we picked up was the best around. My brother in law works for Ford in Boston, when we called to tell him the deal we were offered - he agreed that was an incredible deal, and liked that they weren't playing any dealer tricks, it was all straightforward. We would highly recommend, especially if you're a woman, heading to Ted Britt, where there is no ego, no fast talk, no drama, and you're treated with respect. More
