I called him before I came him and told him what we wanted. Within an hour he emailed me several vehicles to choose from. It gave my wife and I time to discuss which options and colors were important to us. When we came in to the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Alison Lucas, the Sales Manager as well as Eric. Alison is young, but very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Eric arranged a test drive for us, thoroughly explained the different option packages and provided us with more than enough information for us to make an intelligent decision. It is obvious that Eric has been well trained and he was a perfect gentleman during our visit. We came back the next day for delivery. Roxanne Wilson got us a great rate from Ford Motor Credit and was quick to process our paperwork. Lindsay Kengla-Graber was VERY patient as she explained the features and operating procedures for the Escape. Eric finished up the delivery process and then Alison came out to thank us for our business. I just can't imagine buying a vehicle anywhere else other than Ted Britt. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. More

Very Nice People I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited today from Dave Donley. He was super friendly and not pushy at all. He guided me on a very nice test drive where I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited today from Dave Donley. He was super friendly and not pushy at all. He guided me on a very nice test drive where I was able to see how the car handled windy roads, rainy conditions, stop and go traffic, and highway. When I was concerned about the price, he talked with me about several other options and allowed me to speak with the finance department to see if the payments I wanted were achievable. Everybody was very friendly and ready to help answer any of my questions. I got my deal done in one day and it was pretty painless. I've been getting my previously owned Ford Escape serviced at Ted Britt for a few years now and have no complaints. Gary is straightforward and I don't feel taken advantage of. I'd definitely recommend checking out Ted Britt Ford. More

Alert for tire leaking air I went to the service department on Saturday to have air put in my tires. I usually deal with Gary Funk, but he's not in on Saturday's. The gentleman who was putting air in the tires found a screw embedded in the left front tire. I'm sorry I don't recall his name. He told the service department I They removed it, put in a plug and I was on my way in a half hour. Your service department is why I have been a Ted Britt customer since 1972. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. More

Numerous other dealers would not even speak to me unless I was physically present. Courtney and Bernie put together a great deal via email and phone and I went in and picked up my car the next day.
