Nina Ross did a great job explaining my car's features. Matt Drennen made the finance part of the deal smooth. Finally, Mike Gojmerac made sure a small problem was fixed fast. I would buy here again!! More
Pros on 200,000+ mile 2002 F350 7.3L Diesel Super Duty Richard is always friendly and has an understanding of the machines to hear what you are saying and ask enough questions to help hone in on the potent Richard is always friendly and has an understanding of the machines to hear what you are saying and ask enough questions to help hone in on the potential issues(s). The service is not cheap, but your service is correct and complete the first time which results in less headaches, less future downtime, and increased confidence in your truck. This is worth a lot. Certainly more than a few hundreds bucks you "may" save going somewhere else. And they will thoroughly inspect your vehicle and let you know of issues that should be addressed now or over the next few months by yourself or them. Which again, gives you confidence in the vehicle and helps you budget for those future repairs. More

As we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted and introduced to our sales associate Shaw Seraj and he was very nice to deal with. Making sure that not only did we buy a car but buy the car at the deal we wanted. The finance department was swamped on the day so it took a bit of time, but we were in and out of the finance department really quickly and efficiently. I will recommend Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax to anyone! More
Buyer Beware!! I am a disabled Iraqi and Afghanistan War Veteran and recently returned from a 9 month deployment to Afghanistan. On September 26th I made the mistak I am a disabled Iraqi and Afghanistan War Veteran and recently returned from a 9 month deployment to Afghanistan. On September 26th I made the mistake of purchasing a 2014 Ford F150 from Ted Britt Ford. The overall purchasing experience was a disaster and I have no intention of ever purchasing another vehicle or getting my vehicles serviced at Ted Britt Ford. I had numerous issues during the vehicle purchase process including: 1. The contract price was much higher than the agreed upon sale price 2. There was pre-existing damage to the vehicle and I had to return to the dealership on two occasions to have this damage repaired and there are still pre-existing scratches on the vehicle. 3. The SD card, bed extender, and second key were not available on the day I purchased the vehicle and I had to return to the dealership to obtain these items. 4. On two occasions the cover on the skid plate disconnected from the vehicle. It took the mechanics at Ted Britt Ford two times to repair this item. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. Rather than accept responsibility for this issue the General Manager, Evelyn Akers, accused me of unscrewing the skid plate on the truck. Apparently between working full-time, serving my country, volunteering as much as my schedule permits, trying to stay in shape, pursuing self-improvement, and trying to be the best husband, father, and grandfather I can be I have time to intentionally sabotage the truck I purchased from Ted Britt Ford. The General Manager made this statement without any evidence whatsoever. If the management at Ted Britt Ford does not agree with a customer then their tactic of choice is to blame the customer. I do not have the tools, knowledge, or reason to sabotage the truck I purchased. Based on the numerous issues I have had with my truck purchasing experience at Ted Britt Ford I do not need to create more issues that the dealership should have addressed prior to selling the truck. In addition, it is a travesty that a dealership would blame a customer for a defective item on a truck. I fail to understand why a dealership that has been in business for 50 years and won numerous awards targets the customer instead of working to solve the problem. I have served our country honorably for 29 years and make every effort to life up to the Army values, including the Army value of integrity. In her statement accusing me of unscrewing the skid plate the General Manager, Evelyn Akers, is attacking my integrity which I take very personally and seriously. I will never refer this dealership to anyone and will continue to share the horrendous experience I endured at Ted Britt Ford with my co-workers, fellow service members, family, friends, and acquaintances in addition to using social media to deter as many people as possible from buying vehicles from Ted Britt Ford. On the 26th of September I purchased a 2014 Ford F150 FX4 from Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax. My salesman Dave Donley was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him. However, there are several issues I had with the overall sales process, the contract, and the truck that are not acceptable for a dealership, especially one that has been in business for over 50 years and has won numerous awards from Ford. The issues I had are as follows: 1. After I brought the truck home on the 26th I noticed that there were scratches on both of the side rear panels and gouges on the right front of the vehicle. I did not cause this damage and immediately called and emailed Dave and notified him of this issue in addition to including photos of the damage. This issue was addressed on Wednesday the 1st of October when I brought the truck back to the dealership to have this damage repaired. It is extremely discouraging and disheartening knowing that a dealership that has been in business for 50 years and has won numerous Ford awards sells new vehicles that have damage and that this is not brought to the customer's attention. I returned to the dealership on October 7th since the damage was not repaired on the 1st of October. The damage has still not been removed from the truck. 2. The truck I purchased was supposed to have an installed bed extender included as this item is listed on the window sticker. However, the bed extender was not attached to the truck I purchased and had to be ordered by my salesman and was installed on Wednesday the 1st of October. A vehicle that is for sale at a dealership should have all of the items that are listed on the window sticker when the vehicle is purchased by a customer. A customer should not have to waste additional time and money returning to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased to have an item installed that should have been on the vehicle when the customer purchased the vehicle. 3. The SD Card and the second key for the truck I purchased were not in the vehicle. Dave had to install the card upon my return on the 27th to the dealership. I fail to understand why a vehicle on a dealership lot does not have the SD card and second key associated with the vehicle. 4. The first quote I received from Courtney, the Internet Sales Consultant, was $38,040 for the truck I wanted to purchase. Apparently this quote was not correct. After using the USAA website a few times with Dave to obtain the USAA pricing for the truck I wanted to purchase Dave provided me a quote for the vehicle of $43,120 with an "out the door" quote of $46,466.13. However, this is not the price I paid for the vehicle that is reflected on the contract. The price I paid on the contract for the vehicle is $45,065 and does not include the taxes and fees. This is a difference of $1945. Unfortunately I did not notice this discrepancy until I returned home with the vehicle. I would have noticed this difference during the meeting I had with Linda in the finance office but I had been at the dealership for four hours, had not eaten lunch, and during our meeting there were a lot of distractions that interfered with my focusing on the details of this transaction. The dealership did eventually send me a check for the difference. 5. I purchased the EnviroGuard NG protection for my vehicle. However, I was not given the Car Care Kit when I left the dealership on the 26th. I had to ask Dave for the kit when I returned on the 27th. 6. On the 14th of October I noticed that the front skid plate was disconnected from the undercarriage of the truck. I immediately returned the vehicle to my house, took photos, and emailed the photos to Ted Britt Ford. I then filed a complaint with the Attorney General. Ted Britt Ford eventually did respond to the complaint but failed to accept any responsibility for their incompetence. I had the dealership pick up the truck on November 21st to have the skid plate repaired. I was told the vehicle would be dropped off to my home on the 22nd. However, the dealership did not drop off the vehicle until the 23rd. As I was driving the vehicle today, the 24th, I noticed that the skid plate was still dangling from the undercarriage. Apparently the service department at Ted Britt Ford is incapable of attaching a skid plate to the undercarriage of a truck. My wife and I have attempted to call and email Ted Britt Ford but the staff at Ted Britt Ford fail to respond to the message we leave. I am a disabled Iraqi and Afghanistan war Veteran and recently returned from a nine month tour in Afghanistan. I do not have the time or energy to devote to ensuring my rights as a consumer are protected from a dealership that apparently does not value how its customers are treated. I do not recommend this dealership and would discourage anyone from wasting their time at Ted Britt Ford. More

I drove my car up to the My right signal light had gone out and I needed an inspection. I scheduled an appointment on-line, which is so convenient. I drove my car up to the garage door at 7:50 AM, spoke with the scheduler, who is always friendly, talked with Gary Funk, my service coordinator, signed the papers for the loaner car and was sitting at the traffic light on Route 50 in the loaner car at 7:58 AM. Gary Funk is pleasant, honest, and great to work with. I received a call that my car was ready around 1:00 PM. I picked up my car at about 5:00 PM and the woman at the check-out desk is always very sweet. I handed the receipt to a porter who drove my serviced car out for me. Again he was very pleasant. You can't beat Ted Britt. More

Excellent customer relations and Satisfaction Guaranteed!! We are very pleased with the 2014 Ford Escape SE FWD, 2.0L GTDI Ecoboost Engine with the purchase and the customer support that Ted Britt Ford Dealers We are very pleased with the 2014 Ford Escape SE FWD, 2.0L GTDI Ecoboost Engine with the purchase and the customer support that Ted Britt Ford Dealership offered. Kyle Goodman excellent customer support and understanding was the sales representative who assisted us with the car purchase on the afternoon of Saturday Nov 1, 2014. He understood our requirements/specifications and went back and forth (multiple times) between us and management to secure our business for the “right price”. Our initial intention was to look at the Escape since my husband 6 feet, 3 inches tall was pleased with its performance and road handling when we rented one during one of our vacations. The car drives fantastic, has excellent power as well as comfort, love the heated seats, which heats not only the seat area but the back as well. My LEXUS was only heated on the seat and not the back. I also love all the “gadgets” it has at the tip of your fingers, voice activated commands, Bluetooth connectivity, phone synchronization, etc., etc… Sincerely C. Mayhew More
