Awesome Dealer ! I decided to sell my vehicle, and then to later purchase another vehicle, in about 6 to 12 months, when my finances would be better. I received an online appraisal from Ted Britt Faifax, that was based on Kelly Blue Book, and that I thought was reasonable. I spoke with Alicia and she confirmed that they would purchase my vehicle outright with no obligation to purchase another car. I brought my vehicle in for the confirming appraisal and was greeted by Mr.Sonny Robinson who then set the appraisal process in motion. While waiting for the appraisal to be completed, Mr. Robinson asked if I would be replacing the vehicle and I said probably in a year when my finances improved. He asked what kind of vehicle and I said the new Mustang but that it was unaffordable to me at this time. He showed me some Mustangs in the inventory on his computer and asked if I was interested. I saw exactly what I wanted but explained that it was out of my price range at this time. He then left me for a little while then came back and said that with my trade in, and an incentive I qualified for, my payments would be about the same as what I was paying on my current vehicle. I was pleasantly shocked and amazed !! I would never have thought that I could afford such a great car at this time. I later learned that the dealer team worked very hard to make this affordable for me. It's pretty rare to meet incredibly nice people who then go out of their way to make a potential customer very happy ! Thank you Sonny, Evelyn, Christian and also to Matt in Finance who set up the great terms on the loan! This was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had and Ted Britt Fairfax will be getting all my future business. More

Have tried to make contact for in excess of (5) five months now and have yet to be scheduled for the service to be done or so much as a reply on the phone or via any other venue/medium. They certainly have all my contact information and are completely able to contact me directly, but have brushed me aside time and time again. For the Record thank you in advance for any and all replies this may bring!!! More

Will lie about what should be Extended Warranty work Took my car in for an air conditioner problem. Said there was a stick in my condenser and not covered by my Extended Warranty and it would cost $1275 Took my car in for an air conditioner problem. Got it repaired by independent mechanic who said there WAS NO STICK and there was no external damage. Cost was $690 using Motorcraft parts and standard labor costs and time. Service manager wouldn't return my call. Went back to them on their diagnostics, they said to bad, refused to look at the part that supposedly had the stick in it because I had it and continued to claim there was a stick in it. They do not want to do extended warranty work and will lie to avoid it. No more ever with them. I have bought two new cars there and used their service department for both, but not any more. They cannot be trusted, they are not honest. More

I made an appointment for an oil change on Friday 4/29/2016. I drove an hour to get to the dealership just to get this done so the Tedd Britt for life coverage remains valid. Upon arriving i was told that it would be a few hours before they could get it done. I did not have 3 hours to wait, i was upset as it shouldn't take "a few hours" to do something that takes 20 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment. The lady who made my appointment on the phone even asked if i would be waiting for it. This was my third oil change on the new truck. I made an appointment for the first one last June had a similar experience. That time thought they did not mention the outrageous wait. Arrived for my scheduled appointment on time and it took 2 hours and 50 minutes for the oil to be changed. So 2 our of 3 of my service appointments so far have been very poor experiences. I am a mechanic but liked the idea of the powertrain being covered for life if you get your service completed there. However after this last experience i will do all the service my self. What i will save in time alone would be able to pay for a new engine or transmission in the event the truck needs one. More

Mike stayed with me throughout the process to make sure I was completely satisfied, even coming in on his days off! It is so important to have a trust established with a dealership. As a military family who has moved often, establishing a trust and knowing someone's word is true; especially with your vehicles, means a great deal! He worked well with me to discuss my needs,he knew his job responsibilities and he does what should be done first in order to attract a new customer. Jose has great abilities that definitely convinced me towards my car. Everything what he said about the car is absolutely correct and true and of course I love my new car because it drives smooth. I personally do not like car dealerships, but I have to purchase cars for my business. I don't like the "waiting" process and the signing process. I am reading some of these reviews about "deals", etc. Ted Britt Ford is a business. Businesses have to make money to operate. They are not going to give away a car and lose money.
