Poor experience I purchased a used 2007 Corvette from the Ford dealership in Fairfax. First, the salesperson knew next to nothing about the car. He had to take out the owner's manual to research certain items. Worse, I had specifically asked about potential issues with gaskets/seals and tires. I was assured there were no problems. Wrong. I had the car inspected in PA and during the inspection they uncovered a major oil leak stemming from, you guessed it, a bad gasket. I was also told the tires should be replaced. I followed up with my sales rep who told me he was all about integrity. When I asked what was going to be done about the issues, he told me to just used the extended warranty I purchased. He said they checked out the car and it was fine. Wrong. It's one thing to talk about integrity. It's another thing to actually demonstrate it. My first and last purchase from any Ted Britt dealership. More

He worked with me over the internet and phone to get a price nailed down so all I had to do was to come to the dealership and sign paperwork to get the vehicle, even arranged to have vehicle tinted prior to my arrival at the dealership. I live about 2 hours south of metro DC so they met me at the train station. Did not pay a penny over the agreed to price, and the price is definitely better than anything I could have gotten anywhere else in the state. No bait & switch tactics or any bad business practices. Their inventory gives them flexibility other dealers can't match, and their sales force not only offers you the best deals, but they treat you courteously and are a pleasure to buy from. Both Naz & Alison were patient with me as I had my 3 year old with me, but everything was handled quickly and we were out the door with my new car. More

I detest the whole car buying experience and am not one to normally write online reviews. After exhaustive research, I decided on a Ford Edge as the right vehicle for my family at this time. Thus began the process of finding the absolute best deal possible in the DC/Baltimore area. I was in contact with at least 10 dealers that had vehicles that interested me. TB Ford beat most dealers by $1000. I had interaction with only 2 people in the purchase of my SUV. Naz was my salesman. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond in the sale of this vehicle. I did all my negotiating online or via text. Naz was on top of it - he answered every email and text within minutes. I fully expected the run around once i showed up at the dealer - but everything was as promised. My pre-negotiated price was exactly what I paid. Not a cent more. I was ready for the other foot to drop once I made it to the financing office but Linda was just as professional and pleasant as Naz. She was thorough and patient. I honestly enjoyed my interactions with both of these exceptional employees. I cannot say enough good things about this entire experience. The reason was for service the dealer claims they did on my car that during trade negation that I did not authorized. I was told to give them $500 cash or if I did not and took my car tgey woukd call the policemm. When I told called general manager Evelyn Akers tried scare tactics. I was,threatened and told to tread lighty. On top of that after the deal was closed the fiance company kept contacting my previous employer. I had to call fiance and ask them to stop and let them know if they called my previous employer again when the deal was,stopped I would consider it harassment. In 20 years of buying cars I've never experienced such a violation. I have yet received a apology or a refund. What happened to human kindness . More
