She told me she couldn't help me anymore as a customer and that I needed to find a different dealership to go to. She told me stay away from her unprofessional loser service person, Mike Gjormand. I guess she just flipped out. What a way to treat a customer!!! If one isn't sure who they are ranting to, they need to be careful. More

How Do They Sell Cars? Last weekend I stopped in to see a used 2010 Prius. The car looked nice, but the price was a bit over retail at $12,700 and I needed to talk with my Last weekend I stopped in to see a used 2010 Prius. The car looked nice, but the price was a bit over retail at $12,700 and I needed to talk with my wife before I made an offer. Monday morning I contacted Edres and asked him for their best price. Edres said they had raised their asking price to $13,500 overnight, but they would come down to $12,500 since there was a sale going on when I stopped in. I said I wasn't interested at that price and thanked them for their time. Edres asked what I would pay, and we negotiated a bit until I settled on an offer of $12,200 plus their higher than average fees. Edres said he would check with Brian Forster and then call me back. He did not call me back until after 9:30 p.m., and he did not give me an answer on my offer. I never did hear back from them again, and I ended up buying a different car on Tuesday afternoon. I think they could have sold me the car if they were better at returning their calls. I'm now on this dealers spam list for emails and can't seem to get off it even if I hit the opt out link and add it to my spam folder. Don't give them your email address! More

Ted Britt and their staff are awesome! I have bought 4 vehicles from Ted Britt since 2014. Each time Bernie and Linda have been wonderful to work with. My most recent truck was a custo I have bought 4 vehicles from Ted Britt since 2014. Each time Bernie and Linda have been wonderful to work with. My most recent truck was a custom ordered F350 and Bernie was on top of it daily. He went way above on making sure the truck was processing correctly and pulled magic strings when no one could get details on when it would arrive. Every time I email him he responds very quickly and is a wealth of information. Bernie has worked with me on all 4 vehicles and I will always go back to him. He is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Thank you Bernie! Linda is a magician in her own right. After my first car at Ted Britt I have made sure I worked with her to get the numbers done.
