Outstanding Service I inherited an Avalanche that's now 15 years old. The breaks were replaced by another service shop and that's were my problems started (vibration felt I inherited an Avalanche that's now 15 years old. Took it back a second time, then took it to another shop also twice for the same problem and no one got it right. Took it Ted Britt's Chevrolet in Sterling and they got it right the first time around (an ABS sensor was kaput)! Received 5-Star customer service from Chris Thomas, and met one of the subject matter experts who identified the problem (Eddie). I have nothing but praise for the Ted Britt Chevrolet team and cannot see myself taking the truck anywhere else for the rest of its useful life. More

Used car manager has poor attitude to customers. I went to purchase a used 2007 Tundra with almost 140,000 miles on it. There is no record of timing belt or ATF ever changed. Asked about it and the manager came over saying if it was needed it would been done. It is sold as is and it is up to me to do whatever I want to it at my cost. I also found that the factory radio with back-up camera and navigation is dead. The screen does not even come on. Told the manager about that as well. He said who uses factory radio? You can get after market for $300. Asked him if he knows that it has back-up camera. His answer was what do you need back-up camera for. The truck is sold as is and he will not to a thing to fix any problem on the truck. He even said the truck is priced accordingly. It was priced $15,576. That would been a good price if everything worked, but it didn't. If that was really priced accordingly, it means they knew about the radio is broken and I should have been told the radio is broken. I had enough of his attitude and just walked out. Then next day got a call from the dealer, but I could not take the call. The day after that, I got call again and answered. It was sale associate who helped me and he was saying they can install new radio for me. But after how the manager was treating me, I said no. Not buying from Ted Britt. Who knows what else is wrong with the truck that they are hiding. I would not have mind broken radio, timing belt, and ATF issues if they were willing to have them serviced or give me some discounts regarding this. Instead, the manager right out said he is not fixing anything on the truck. More

TED BRITT FOR LIFE! I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado from the sales associate, Brant. The process was easy and stressless. I knew a number I could afford, I had a trade I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado from the sales associate, Brant. The process was easy and stressless. I knew a number I could afford, I had a trade in, and told them how they could make the sale. the appraisal of my vehicle only took 27 seconds (I literally timed them...), and they offered 2,200 above Blue Book's value for it. While they gave me the best deal they could, for the month of march, the manager, Angel, told me to wait until the following day (April 1) to see if any more rebates would appear. Im a full time student who's only 19 years old, so saving a buck or two here and there is extremely helpful. Well, after allowing me to take home the '17 colorado for the night to see if it fit in my garage, they offered me ANOTHER REBATE on April 1. I didn't even know about this and they worked to ensure I got the best deal. Furthermore, my trade in had after market parts on it and I needed them removed before Ted britt could re-sell it. They were more than accommodating. After I bought my '17 Colorado, the vehicle I traded in was allowed to be stored on their lot for a number of days before I was able to get it towed to a body shop to remove the after market lights. During this time, Ted Britt took my '17 colorado to a body shop to remove a few minor surface scratches I noticed during my test drive. That being said, I didn't have a vehicle to drive for the days it would take to get the scratches out, until, the Used Car Manager, David Poole, offered me a vehicle they currently had for sale as my loaner vehicle FOR FREE since I wasn't able to rent one (too young to rent in VA). David offered to have his inventory manager, Jimmy, drive me to and from the third party location to retrieve my older truck and offered any other services I need. The service department, in particular Manny, was wonderful, too. They worked quickly and effectively to address my concerns and correct the paint on the vehicle. It's flawless now.. BRANT, ANGIE, DAN, ANGEL, MANNY, DAVID, AND JIMMY- THANK YOU!!!!! YOU HAVE CREATED AN ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND I WILL BE REFERRING ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO YOUR DEALERSHIP. Unfortunately I would like to thank Anthony on his help in the purchase of my new Chevy Traverse. I've been looking to buy a Traverse for over a year. Unfortunately I was not able to do so then, but last week I was ready. I stopped by to talk to Anthony about purchasing one. He was with a client. He asked me to give him a minute, but I was running late to work and could only wait for so long. I got his number and texted to the information on the car I wanted to buy. I also let him know how much money I was working with. He texted back and said," let me see what I can do". He texted later with some questions to see if I qualified for some extra rebates. I told him that I was depending on him to make it happen, and that I was not in any hurry. A couple of days later, Anthony pulled up to my job with the car I wanted. He not only had the car I wanted, but the price I needed!!!!! How, I don't know, but I was so happy!!! When I went by the dealership after I got off, Anthony was so professional. Everything was in order and waiting for my signature. Buying a car is a long process, but Anthony did all he could do before I got there to make sure I didn't have to spend hours there. Thank you so much Anthony for all you did to have a satisfied customer!!!
