Originally thought about purchasing a Colorado, but after their suggestion, the Silverado fit our needs perfectly, and was cheaper! Honestly, there were some small issues with the vehicle. Some of the spray-in bedliner is peeling away from the bed, should have been checked prior to the vehicle being placed on the lot for sale. I'll have to return it for warranty work. Still had tape covering the under the rail bed lights during the spraying of the bedliner. The windows still had writing on them from the factory, should have been cleaned prior to delivery to me. Too much tire shine on the tires, which was thrown up onto the body as I drove off the lot. Little things, but attention to detail means alot. More

I traveld from north eastern North Carolina; 3 1/2 hours to complete the purchase. My buying experience was most ideal, no hassel on my trade in,paper work was done in a timely manner, everything went so smoothly, in addition my out the door price was nearly $500 less than quoted. Took my trade to the dealership on a second visit, I followed up to see if they had established a value due to very slow follow up. Received an e-mailed sales/trade-in offer at 4pm on Sunday afternoon. Called back on Monday morning to speak with the initial salesman, his day would not start until 1pm. Called back at 2pm, sales advises me someone is looking at "my truck". I replied ok, please call me back. Waiting...........no call back Monday afternoon, or Tuesday.......I buy a truck at a competing dealership My complaint is that the sales team, in my opinion did not coordinate their efforts, did not take my interest seriously and did not follow up in a timely manner. I commuted 1 hour each way on two different occasions and in retrospect it was a waste of time. I do not believe this is the type of service that the ownership of Ted Britt would be proud of. More
