So I purchased a 23 bighorn ram back in April. When I went over the vehicle with the sales person Grady saw a blemish on the “R” in the front grill instead of buffing it out he offered to replace When I went over the vehicle with the sales person Grady saw a blemish on the “R” in the front grill instead of buffing it out he offered to replace the “R” . After 3 months and leaving , Messages with other salespeople and managers had to fix it myself. Thats one , then was told I would have a 6 month trial with Ram connect but after 3 months it was shut off after reaching out to my sales person again to find out you get 3 months free then to get the other 3 months free you need to give them a credit card so they can automatically bill you the $15 a month. So thing is if a dealership can follow up on the small things how are you supposed to trust them with anything big. And also when I first saw this truck it had running boards and in the add it had them also, but when I was picking it up they were gone . I had to show the photo of the add that showed the running boards and the financing person had to go and get them put back on. So over all not very happy with the why dealership and salesperson follow up. More
