Service from the service center is fine, but did not fix my issue completely. This is not the service department's fault, it is the sale's rep that sold me my truck in the first place. I bought a brand new my issue completely. This is not the service department's fault, it is the sale's rep that sold me my truck in the first place. I bought a brand new 2020 Ram 1500, paid almost $6000 extra to get the 4X4 model. I took my truck in for service because every time you put it in 4 wheel drive and if you turn the wheel's a tiny bit to sharp it get's in a bind and start's to lock up on you, does not matter if you have it in High or Low 4 wheel drive and it does not matter if you are going forward or in reverse, it will still get in a bind. I have had it completely freeze up on me 3 time's when backing up my truck would not even move, the only way i was able to get it to unlock and move again was to put the truck into park and cut the truck off, then restart it again. According to the service department their is a feature that is required to keep this from happing and my truck does not come equipped with it, as it is a like a option that you have to buy and pay extra for it. The sale's rep that sold me my truck did not tell me that i was buying a 4X4 that does not work correctly because of a feature it does not have, and if i want my extra $6000 i spent to have 4X4 i need to also pay a extra fee for a feature/option to keep it from freezing up and locking up when i put it in 4 wheel dr. Bottom line I got a 4X4 truck that cost me $6000 extra to have a 4X4 that is actually only a 4X2 truck because you can not use the 4X4 feature as it will lock up on you and in turn damage the 4X4 gearbox and the warranty want cover that, in my book, Dodge is just scamming people out of their money when they half to buy and pay extra money for a feature/option to make a 4X4 work when your actually buying a 4X4 in the first place. This is the 2nd Brand New Truck I have bought from Addy's Harbor Dodge, and both truck's have been a Lemon. 1st truck you be driving down the road at normal speed and out of the clear blue it would jump out of drive down into a very low gear speed, kinda like if you had a stick shift and your driving down the highway at 55mph in 5th gear then you put it in 2nd gear. When this happens, it just about throw's you thru the windshield, I have been close to being ran over by several other vehicles when this happens. I have found out that Addy's Harbor Dodge buy's a lot of veichles that are damage in one way or the other while in shipping, half-xxx fixes the body work then sell's it for the full normal price, and they do not disclose this info to you either. My 2nd truck that i have from them right now is proof of that, I bought it on a cloudy day so sun was not out, after having it for a couple weeks I came out of the store i was shopping at on a nice sunny day, and i had my truck parked at just the right angle with the sun shinning on it, you could see every spot on it where they half-xxx did body work on it trying to fix it, you could see every spot that they tried to buff out the spots where they fixed it, if anyone could see it you would think that it looks like someone took a machine gun and unloaded a full clip on it, looks like swiss cheese on both side's of the truck. Sale's rep did not disclose this info to me either when i was buying the truck. Overall, bottom line is you get good service from the service department, but I would not recommend to anyone to buy a vehicle from them, I would tell them to go somewhere else. More

Called customer service to fine out about free oil change for pervious dealer I had coming was told it was honored for about a month after Team took over, but no more. Was told that there was a special going on for Oil and Filter service for $9.95, since my truck had the 5.7 motor it would be around $16, so I made appointment for that day. Brough truck for service, upon completion was told it was $60 for service, was told over phone it was around $16 for service. Service person said who I talked to, told him it was a female. He told me that the call went to NC and not us at dealer itself, told me to talk to us directly next time. Can say your service person was good and honored the quoted amount for the service. Always had good service from the pervious dealership and hope to continue with Team in the future. More
