I purchased a vehicle that the salesman drove around and had lights lit on the dash. I tried to check what they meant but there was no manual in the dash. I was sure the lights were supposed to be on as no salesman at an actual Dodge dealer would knowingly lie and sell an unsafe vehicle, right? Ha. I looked it up when I got home and sure enough it said do not drive the vehicle but take it directly to the dealer. They supposedly fixed it[for 2 days] and it broke again, and again. Now they say its not covered under warranty[ this is because it will cost them actual $$ to fix it] More

First they tried to up the price on me, and thankfully I had a print out of the advertised price. Second, my paperwork for the car loan was screwed up and I had to go back numerous times. I went to purchase a 2009 Dodge Charger from this location. The sales manager was not friendly, nor customer oriented. He gave me the impression that he was short on time, and didn't want my business location. The sales manager was not friendly, nor customer oriented. However, the sales manager didn't have time to talk to me about the car. When I am about to put that kind of money down on a new car, I expect to know a little about the particular car I am buying. I felt that I was blown off. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. I'm glad I did. I'm very happy with my Dodge Charger I purchased in Hilton Head.
