Well my truck is back there for the third day in a row. Brought it in for an oil change, spark plugs to be replaced that I bought wholesale from a different ram dealership, and a transmission flush. On my way home after the services not even 2 minutes down the road engine light comes on, due to the heavy traffic I wasn't able to turn around and bring it back so I too it to my home. Once there I scanned the pcm and pulled three code off the computer. Two for a a misfire a one for a transmission pressure valve/switch. Called the dealership right away and was hung up on twice, and tried to leave messages but the mail boxes are full so it was a waste of time. The next day I brought the truck back to the dealership to have them look at it and they couldn't find any codes until I went out to start it to leave and my engine light was on. The technician scanned it and said it had a misfire on cylinder one. Before I left the dealership I cleared all the codes and by the time I got home I had a misfire code on cylinder two. I replaced all of the coil packs last night, and then cleared all of the codes this morning i scanned the truck once again and after I ran it. The misfire code came back once again on cylinder two. So I know it's not the coil packs doing it. Truck ran fine when I brought it in for service not it's not running at all, not very happy with this dealership right now, cause they are the only ones that service my truck. More

While on vacation in 2023 our Ram truck started running poorly about 30 miles before we reached our rental property on Saturday August 5,2023. On Monday I contacted Team Dodge of Myrtle Beach and set up a poorly about 30 miles before we reached our rental property on Saturday August 5,2023. On Monday I contacted Team Dodge of Myrtle Beach and set up a date and time to bring my truck in to be checked. My initial appointment was scheduled for Wednesday August 9. My Service Advisor Tim took care of me when I brought the truck in on August 8. I found out then that my appointment date was actually set up for Thursday August 10. The change in dates was due to I had ordered parts through the parts department. However, Tim got my truck in the same day I had brought it in and recommended the work that was done. It was completed and ready the next day. The parts that I had ordered were not needed. I tried to return the parts but with the extremely high restocking fee I decided to keep the parts for future use, (fuel injectors). The reason I ordered the parts was because the truck had acted in a similar fashion before and a fuel injector was the problem. My hat is off to Tim in the service department for his professionalism and understanding our situation. I told him I would request that his company should give him a pay increase as it is well deserved. Tim is definitely an asset to Team Dodge of Myrtle Beach. Should I need any other work on my Dodge Ram truck while in the Myrtle Beach area I will definitely be contacting Tim! Thanks again! More
