I just took my car for service at Honda of Thousand Oaks. I told them a relay fell at my wife's feet. The looked and said all relays are in place. I said that is not possible and that the relay did not ap I told them a relay fell at my wife's feet. The looked and said all relays are in place. I said that is not possible and that the relay did not appear in this air. The service manager basically called me a liar. The wanted to charge $219 to find the problem and then said there was no problem. Any way, I returned home and my brother found on google a link describing the exact same thing with pictures of where the relay was supposed to be placed. I followed the video and plugged it in myself and it fixed the problems I was reporting. Good their "experts" look at the problem. I will never return. The service manager was condescending and arrogant. Good luck anyone who services their car in this location. Terrible!!!!!! More
