The entire process was fast, smooth and stress-free. We were there around the time it was opened and we got our Hatchback before lunch! Special mention to Amir, who was very funny, accommodating and approachable when we first came in. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. I really appreciated that he, his manager and Tim from Finance department were willing to work with us on the price that is comfortable for us and we never felt rushed and judged. The dealership itself was clean and well-organized, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Swickard Honda of Thousand Oaks to anyone looking for a car and would definitely come back again on this branch even if there is nearby in Oxnard. They truly put the customer first. I just hope some freebies next time like cap or shirt maybe?
