Swickard Honda of Thousand Oaks is a wonderful dealership. My Brand Specialist Zammar Farhad did a great job in finding me the Honda Accord Hybrid Sport addition. We brought our car in for routine maintenance. Chase, our Service Rep, was pleasant, clear, and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner and our short wait in the lounge was pleasant. Took car in for recall. Chase was our service man, when completed he said he tried to call me for 1 hour. no message left, no call on my phone . Called my husbands phone and Chase was our service man, when completed he said he tried to call me for 1 hour. no message left, no call on my phone . Called my husbands phone and was very rude to him when he answered. Husband called me and I called Honda. Chase. Stated he tried to call me for an hour… told him he never called my cell .. was very short and rude to me. I came I. To pick up my car and was helped by another person… very nice … I tried to call Javier , left a message and still no call back from him.. very disappointed in service More

The only positive thing regarding your service was Victoria. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership in 65 years of owning an automobile.
