Service folks admirably filled in for one another at the beginning and at the end of the service when the other was busy with another customer. I gave well-deserved 5s for four of the five categories, but a 3 when it came to cost simply because I can't believe I should have to pay $79.99 for a A-1 oil change and tire rotation. Call me old-fashioned, but I remember when I changed my own oil at a fraction of the cost...... Did appreciate the 10% off coupon from the dealership, however!! More
