I enjoyed my interaction with the purchase of our new Civic for our son. I was referred to Gino, and he made the buying experience easy and seamlessly integrated with the finance department. Mike Catania and Frank Catania were very helpful in getting us, the Sisters of Notre Dame 3 really great certified Hondas. We have been working with Mike and Frank for several years now whenever we need to purchase either new or certified Hondas and in all our dealings with them we have been most pleased. Richard and Robin worked hard and fast in getting ALL the paper work completed so that we could go home with our "new" Hondas. We are grateful that we have been able to purchase our Hondas from Thousand Oaks and that we do not need to travel to Honda in LA on Figueroa. More

The Service Department went out of their way to make sure my Wife was satisfied with her experience getting her car serviced. The Service Manager Len, was very nice and my wife is very happy we purchased our my Wife was satisfied with her experience getting her car serviced. We dropped off the car in the middle of the night and they called us promply in the morning and reviewed our needs. Later that afternoon, Mike called to let us know the vehicle was ready and we went over the price. Mike informed us that our tires were causing the noises my wife could not discribe. More

Terri does an excellent job of getting me my car at the time I need since i don't live in the area it's important to get my car when I leave work! In General HONDA should work on getting better pricing for replacement parts!!!!! More
