Very Pleasant Experience I used AAA, Consumer Reports, and Costco's Car-Buying Programs to narrow down the lowest price (plus visiting our local dealer). HTO was the lowest by far and Garrett Fram, their salesman, went above and beyond to help us with paperwork (regular and financing), delivering the car to us (90 minutes away--free) and taking over an hour showing my husband all the ins and outs of the vehicle upon delivery. I did do the research beforehand to find the model(s) we were interested in, but Garrett did all the rest. It was such a pleasant experience! Highly recommend. More
