Willie and Carlos greeted m Willie Burr took fantastic care of me today! I came in to have license plate brackets installed on my Pilot and Accord. Willie and Carlos greeted me promptly. Carlos walked me to the parts department so that I could obtain a little bit of hardware, and when I returned, Willie took over without being asked. He went to service, grabbed some tools, and completed the service himself (even though he is an advisor not a mechanic). When he finished, he thanked me, and did not even charge for the service. I could not possibly have asked for better service, and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Willie Burr, and the entire team at Thousand Oaks Honda. More
