My husband and I went to explore mostly, and honestly were not thinking that we would be buying a new car. I received a promotional piece of mail stating that they wanted to buy my car for up to 120% of its value. On site I was greeted by Gordon who was initially reluctant to offer me any sort of a quote on my wanted to buy my car for up to 120% of its value. When it was clear that I was in no hurry to make any such decision he relented and we had a nice conversation about my car’s history and the dealership’s selection. I do genuinely appreciate him taking the time to discuss options with someone who clearly hadn’t made up their mind yet. Once all of my car’s history and information was documented, Jason came over, introduced himself and quoted me a dealership buy price of 1/3 my car’s Kelly Blue Book value. It is a used car and it admittedly needs cosmetic work before they could sell it, but it has never been in an accident, one owner, non smoking, clean title, etc and the minor damage to it was included in the other price estimates I have received. I realize the direct mail campaign is to get people in the door and I was not actually expecting anyone to pay me 120% of the car’s value, but an offer of 1/3 its established value is something that I find insulting. To have such disparity between their promotions and their actual offers is absurd. More
We spent 4-6 weeks researching used cars to purchase a car for our newly licensed son. However, in passing Suzuki of Manchester we made a quick stop and were very pleased with the results. We were quickly greeted by Sam... who offered his help if needed. He found us the car we described and quickly had us off on a test drive. He answered all of our questions and concerns without being pushy and helped guide us to our decision to purchase. We were up front with our needs and our budget and he was the first Salesperson who listened and respected our time to achieve them. Needless to say, we were off to the bank and signed the deal the next day. I would highly recommend Sam to the individual that wants to deal with an honest, hardworking salesperson that will work to help you get the car and deal you want and need. More
We went to the Manchester dealership to have some accessories installed on our Kizashi. While waiting, we told them about the nightmare that we'd been through with the Suzuki dealership in Nashua whe accessories installed on our Kizashi. While waiting, we told them about the nightmare that we'd been through with the Suzuki dealership in Nashua when buying our car- suffice to say that the Nashua dealership is SHADY. We were actually afraid to bring our car back to Nashua for service- that says volumes. Anyway, the people there in Manchester were amazing! We ended up trading in our car that day and buying from them. We were upside down on our trade in because we hadn't had it very long, but we still got a great car at a great price. I was so relieved that the Nashua nightmare would finally be behind us that I literally cried in relief-multiple times! Now I'm very frugal and always look at the bottom line; on the way home that day, my husband and I agreed that losing money on our other car was worth it when you looked at what we were getting in return. We're looking forward to our next service just so that we can see everyone again! We would trust the team in Manchester not only with our business, but we're recommending them to anyone that will listen. I work a long day, I needed some snow tires on a used car that I bought from them when it was gold street autocenter (I think that is what it was called) I think it is the same owner, some of the employees i that I bought from them when it was gold street autocenter (I think that is what it was called) I think it is the same owner, some of the employees in back but a whole new front end (sales and whatnot, at least from what I could tell I didn't recognize anyone in the dealership) I worked with the service writer, they gave me a decent price on snowtires, they threw in a nice check up (I think 40 point checkup), topped off my fluids and gave me a carwash and vacuum. The price was only a little bit better then the other shop I got a quote from, but I feel that I was treated fairly, and it was nice that after a long day of work, I had a clean car to get into with new tires and all my fluids topped off. I will be going back. More

Then called and told if i was still interested in the car she might be able able to get it down to 10,000 but would be taking a 1500 loss . It was advertized on line in cragslist and the own web site for 9995 . If you putting something in wrtighting on the web people can check on your lies . More

Entire experience was friendly, no pressure, and great value and I rec'd a fun and safe car! Ask questions and got answers. Top dollar for your trade making it hard not to want to buy a new car.
