Very good experience. Jenna my salesperson was very helpful and kept in constant contact with me to make sure the deal went as well as possible and has remained in contact even after the deal has gone helpful and kept in constant contact with me to make sure the deal went as well as possible and has remained in contact even after the deal has gone through to assure everything is still going well. The sales manager i worked with on the day i made the deal was very nice and worked very hard to make the deal and worked with me on the price to make sure i left with the car and left happy. The next day when i picked the car up i met with the service manager and he was nice and helpful. My only issue was with the cleanliness of the cars interior, i found trash from the previous owner in the backs of the seats and the jack and tools were just in the trunk and not in their properly stored spots with the spare. Also the rear cup holder was broken and thrown in the trunk. I was disappointed with that fact, however service is working with me to get that issue fixed. More
When I first walked in I took notice to the fancy showroom (thinking that it would be overpriced and they were about to take me for a ride). I went there to trade in my old vehicle on a used (new to showroom (thinking that it would be overpriced and they were about to take me for a ride). I went there to trade in my old vehicle on a used (new to me) Mercedes E350. Jim (I think was his first name, last name was Supernaut) was able to get me a decent rate on my loan ( I have good credit). Next, he sat me down and told me what I was going to get for my trade. At first I thought it was a scheme, next he showed me his computer with the dealer auction site and how much my car, similar miles and similar condition was selling for (made me feel much better)was selling at the auction. Soon enough, I signed the paperwork and came back the next day to pick up me car! I have brought it back for service many times (snow tires, oil change, alignment). Each time they treat me the same, give me a great deal and do not try to sell me on non-sense (at least I don't think that they do) This is one of the first dealerships that I have been into where I feel that I am not being scammed. I hope this review will prove useful for someone in the used car market. Although, last time I was in there, I noticed that they were a Suzuki dealership. More

I brought my 2009 VW Jetta into this dealership for an oil change at 15k miles. I was under the impression that my car needed an oil change every 5k miles since the last time I brought my car in for an o oil change at 15k miles. I was under the impression that my car needed an oil change every 5k miles since the last time I brought my car in for an oil change at 10k the service center wrote out a sticker that told me to come back at 15k miles. I was greeted by a man who was less than couteous who told me to sit down and he'd take care of me in a minute...no greeting other than this. When he was finally ready for my appointment, he simply said to me..."you're paying for this oil change, right?" I explained that I had the VW Carefree Maintance program and that my oil changes should be free. He was extremly rude in tell me that I was early coming back and that if I wanted my oil changed at 15k I would have to pay for it. I tried to explain that I was only doing what the last service tech had told me to do in coming back at 15k miles. He said again to me that if I wanted a service I would be paying for it. Never took the time to explain to me how the program actually worked and that my next free oil change would be at 20k miles, and that obviously someone had made an error telling me to come back at 15k. I have NEVER experienced rudeness like this at a car dealership. I will not be doing business with this dealership ever again, and will be sure to spread the word about the lack of customer service that I received here. More
This place was AWFUL. Not only were they open to the public during renovations (some may find convenient, others like myself find desperate) but the staff just did NOT care. They seemed to be going out public during renovations (some may find convenient, others like myself find desperate) but the staff just did NOT care. They seemed to be going out of business and making a last-ditch attempt to run a used-car business. First: There wasn't much on the lot AT ALL, and what was there I could tell by looking that everything was truly worth 1/2 the price. Second: The salesman (so forgettable I cannot remember his name for the life of me) ignored me when I first drove up and remained on his cell phone for a grand 5 MINUTES without an acknowledgment. He also deigned to "let it slip" that he was just a chef in-between jobs and that he wouldn't be around for much longer to help me pick out a vehicle (yeah, I've heard that one before! hurry up and buy!). It was raining a bit which didn't phase me, but I actually had to *ask* him to bring the car up to the door so I wouldn't get pelted by the wind driven sprikles. Third: I almost tripped over a half-consumed bottle of mountain dew and an ashtray when getting up from my chair. Yes, it was on the floor. Fourth: No call-back. What gives? You think a place this desperate would at least reach out for SOMETHING. More
At about 4k miles, my 09 Jetta TDI developed a hesitation and surge when accelerating from a stop. I took the car to Manchester VW where I found the service manager (John) and his team to be very accommodat and surge when accelerating from a stop. I took the car to Manchester VW where I found the service manager (John) and his team to be very accommodating. The biggest impression I got was that the service team is not only technically savvy (John himself has over 20 years of experience), but also very professional, courteous, and empathetic (ie: the team really took ownership of the issue and worked to minimize my inconvenience). In the end, the problem proved to be a real challenge for a number of reasons beyond their control: An entirely new engine design for this model year (CBEA common rail diesel) with a complex drive-by-wire system, a lack of spare parts availability, and most of all a problem that was tough to isolate resulted in me having to make several return trips. Nevertheless, the service team's professionalism and dedication to cracking this puzzle made for a positive experience.. one that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Manchester VW and would not hesitate to go back. More
my trusted neighborhood mechanic diagnosed the engine light in my car, said the catalytic converter needed replacing. I called VW Customer relations and read some online forums where I read that the war light in my car, said the catalytic converter needed replacing. I called VW Customer relations and read some online forums where I read that the warranty on catalytic converters for my car (2000 Jetta) is 120,000 miles/10 years. When I brought my car in they were very nice at the desk and helped me right away. Reggie greeted me and inspected my car and gave me an understanding of what would be done and time frames. The mechanic called me in after a few hrs to tell me that it would cost me 900 dollars to replace the converter. I told him "I already researched this and I know it is 120K/10 yrs warrantied. he said "I think it is 8yrs/80K but I will research this and call you back" Well, they called back and told me "You are right, it is under warranty for 120k/10 yrs". Long story short, they replaced the catalytic converter at no charge, but beware of this point. Nobody in this world is looking out for you. Had I not done all the research I would have dropped $900 cash to fix a part that was still under warranty. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! And don't be afraid to call VW Customer Relations with (specific) questions about your vehicle 1-800-822-8987 and research as much as you can online to find out the facts before you pay for something that may be covered, b/c in most cases the dealers have no idea what is covered on warranties and/or do not research this for you. Overall, the service team was extremely courteous on each and every phone call, and ultimately I didn't pay a dime for this replacement part so I am very happy and will bring my car back to them the next time I need dealer work done on the vehicle. They also gave me an estimated time of completion and we absolutely precise. Thank you. More

I had a great experience with the purchase of my 2008 Jetta. The sales experience was good (mostly dealt with the Manager Jim S). They had the exact Jetta I was looking for (after another VW dealer told Jetta. The sales experience was good (mostly dealt with the Manager Jim S). They had the exact Jetta I was looking for (after another VW dealer told me there were none to be found in black with the package I wanted). They were not pushy and the trade value was $1,200 more than the other dealer. This is what I woulkd expect from a dealer they know who is important the CUSTOMER. Thank you Manchester VW. More
My wife and I visited the dealership on Presidents Day looking to lease a car for her and buy one for myself. Our sales person was Jimmy. Nice guy, friendly, he just started working there for a few months looking to lease a car for her and buy one for myself. Our sales person was Jimmy. Nice guy, friendly, he just started working there for a few months. My wife took a 2007 VW Jetta Package 1 for a test drive, she liked it and we decided to lease it. Everything was fine until they start doing the paperwork. They were much unorganized, including Allen, Jimmy’s manager and the finance person. My wife had to go back 4 times to resign the paper work, plus when they scheduled her for inspection, Jimmy forgot to make the appointment with the service department and she wasted her time driving to dealership for nothing. They did not give my wife the complete paperwork, they forgot the blue form that you need to register the car, so my wife wasted more time going to town hall and try to register the car. We never leased a car before and we had no idea that you need the same blue form like when you buy a car. Anyway this is not all. They did not paid of my wife’s old car and it’s been almost 3 weeks, it’s ridiculous. I’m so glad that they did not have in stock a black VW Jetta. I left $1,000 deposit and I give them a week to look for a black VW Jetta Package 1 but they were unable to find one. They refunded me the deposit after I had to call them 3 times. So in the following weekend I bought a VW Jetta for myself from VW Seacoast dealership. Took them just 3 days to pay off my old car and the whole paperwork process was so easy, done in 1 day. Overall the experience that we had at VW Manchester dealership was very bad. Looked like they don’t value customers time and don’t follow-up. We had to call them so many times to get them to do their job. I would definitely not recommend to anyone this dealership. I’m currently waiting for the general manager Bruce Sellers to call me back so I can tell him how bad was our experience and to find out why they did not paid off my wife’s car. We’ll see if they really care. More
