I knew I wanted to purchase a new Kizashi (great vehicle), I shopped around and the staff at Suzuki of Manchester worked with me on the pricing. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I spent almost 2 weeks looking online for a newer car than my 99 corolla. I went to 3 diff dealers and no luck at any on a car that was in my budget or they could get me financed on. Then I saw a 06 Gran than my 99 corolla. I went to 3 diff dealers and no luck at any on a car that was in my budget or they could get me financed on. Then I saw a 06 Grand Vitara on craigslist from Suzuki of Manchester. I called & spoke with Arron on the phone and I set up a time to look at the suv( thinking I wouldnt be able to buy it ) When I got there Arron set me up with my salesman Eric and long story short after 3 hours of working with them I finally drove away in my new(used) car. I paid more per month htna i wanted cause of my bad credit, but still felt like Arron,Eric,Zoe and The rest of the names I cant remember tried to help me buy my car not "sell" me a car. And 1 week later Derek the Service guy found & fixed what i thought was gonna be a major problem, which turned out being just a loose heat shield. In 2011 i bought a new Suzuki Kazashi. I had it a year when the gps stopped working. On the screen it said that i had it for a year and i had to update the maps, plus i washed the car and it took a half d when the gps stopped working. On the screen it said that i had it for a year and i had to update the maps, plus i washed the car and it took a half dollar sized piece of paint off the rear bumper.I took it back to Manchester Suzuki to have them fix the paint and gps. Ken the Service Manager was going to charge us $135.00 to have it painted, he said it looked like we hit something. It was not a scrape. the paint was lifting up all around the edges. He finally said, I will eat the cost of the paint job. He was quite rude through all of this. They still have not fix my gps. He said that "we are not loyal customers". I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. I loved my Nissan but thought I would see what they had at Suzuki. Went in to get rainguards put on my windows. Went out with a brand new car! That is salesmanship. The price was very good for the car (lower than I could find anywhere else), the staff was very friendl with a brand new car! That is salesmanship. The price was very good for the car (lower than I could find anywhere else), the staff was very friendly and informative, and the service has been EXCELLENT ever since. That's the important part. I bought the car and they didn't just take the financial committment and say, "F!~@ you, have a nice life, don't come whining to us when you have problems." If I need service done on my Kizashi or my XL7, they bend over backwards to do it exactly how I want it done, and on a schedule that is convenient for me. Kimberly Domaingue took the time to review all of the financial documentation and contracts with me in detail. I brought my car to this dealership because I had a very slight shake in the wheel, I was turned down for service at Nashua because they said the tech could not "reproduce" the problem. I was furious as I brought it to them 3 times, and the third time they wouldn't even look at my car. When I went for service at Manchester, the pulled my warranty records and saw that I had been complaining about the same problem, they said they would take a look to see if they could do anything. I went out for a test ride with the tech and he saw the problem as soon as we got on the expressway doing about 50mph or so. We brought the car back, he brought it in to the service bay and started working. While I was waiting for my car (new Kizashi which my wife and I LOVE) I experienced a typical dealership where a sales rep casually walked over started chatting it up mainly to lead to him asking if I wanted to look at some of the cars, heck I can't blame him for that! As soon as I told him that I had a new Suzuki and it was in for service the conversation changed to how I like it, if it was a lease or purchased and so on. He then asked if I needed anything then went to his computer. He seemed to be friendly as he was the only one that I dealt with that was not in service. The mechanic came back and said that my wheels were out of balance, and that my alignment was off. He asked if I hit any big pot holes and i told him that I didn't but my wife may have, so i called her and she mentioned that she did awhile ago, must have been large enough for her to remember. *****He balanced all the tires, and brought the car for a spin, the problem was gone, however, he still put the car on the alignment thingy what ever you call it, and checked it, he said he made a small adjustment and that it was good to go. He told the service writer to just charge me for balancing one wheel because he checked the alignment as a percussion. Needless to say I will be going back here. Sorry for the long story but I hope that someone finds this review to be helpful. More
