The service was serviceable. The unfortunate part was the surcharge for using a credit card which was not disclosed. Very infuriating to find that later on my credit card. Needs to be up front before you arrive to pick up your vehicle so you have the ability to avoid. Should NEVER be found later as a higher charge on your credit card without disclosure. More

I was contacted again to leave another review, yet I’m still dealing with the same issues and no extremely frustrated that nothing has been resolved. I was contacted again to leave another review, yet I’m still dealing with the same issues and no real support. Within weeks of purchasing my 2021 Nissan Rogue and putting $5,000 down, the vehicle began having problems, including starting issues, malfunction warnings, and failing emissions with an active fault code. I’ve now had to pay out of pocket for a battery, and I’m still left without answers or assistance. What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability. I’ve reached out and have not received any meaningful response or solution. Being asked to leave additional reviews before addressing the problem only adds to the frustration. More
