too start with took in me and my wifes g6 for drop off for ac not blowing cold and to reprogram a key fob. and told by receptionist to bring it in and if i get vehicle there by 6 pm they will have me a re for ac not blowing cold and to reprogram a key fob. and told by receptionist to bring it in and if i get vehicle there by 6 pm they will have me a rental vehicle from enterprise and she said everything was covered 100% because if it wasnt I would not have even went due to the fact I'm unemployed and I do not have money.well me and wife arrive tim takes vehicle and enterprise comes to pick us up.until we get to enterprises office and they say i have to pay for rental car so they call suntrup and suntrup says not only do i have to pay rental car but i have no warranty.which is amazing due to the fact that i paid extra for a warranty from sapaugh gm country when i purchased this vehicle. So i say skip it all enterprise has to take us back and i go in the garage to pick up my vehicle and Tim Bacon ignores me and wife the entire time without even sayingy sorry or explaining the situation. So i decide to go inside and me and my wife speak to the gm Ken Klein. He was apologetic ,i explained everything and he calls sapaugh and realizes that yes we do have a warranty and he apologized again for their mistake.I specifically told ken i do not have any money to pay due to not being employed for months.but he assured all was fixed and he took us back to service where Tim again took our car and key fobs and said it was a miscommunication and enetrprise will be back to get us for the 2nd time and our ac and fob will be fixed as soon as possible.Well the next day Tim Bacon calls me at about noon and says the ac needs freon because its low .he tells me taht is not covered so i ask what thats gonna run me.he says $55.96. I tell him unfortunatly to just hold off because i can't afford anything and just to reprogram the fob really quick and thats all.hes says if i dont fix the ac then i get charged 59.00 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE but he will wave that if i fix it.so common sense your gonna charge me 59.00 to do no repairs or 56.00 to repair.well i think then fix it sinsce you have me in a corner.and then to reprogram the fob it will be a 45.00 charge.then after argueing for roughly 5 min somhow he know says i have a 100.00 deductable for the fob.so in 5 min the price was raised 55.00.SO THE REASON IM FURIOUS IS SIMPLE.IF I HAVE TO PAY FOR FREON THATS NOT COVERED BY WARRANY THATS OK. BUT WHY DID I NOT RECIEVE 1 CALL BEFORE ANYTHING WAS PERFORMED BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO PAY FOR ANY OF THIS.MY WIFE IS TRYING TO SUPPORT OUR FAMILY AND I RECIEVE NO UNEMPLOYMENT,SO WHEN I SAY I HAVE NO MONEY I MEAN IT.I PICKED UP THE VHICLE THE TOTAL WAS 55 AND CHANGE AND I ALSO CANT BELIEVE YOU WOULD NOT REPROGRAM A FOB.I KNOW THIS YEAR G6 AND IT LITERALLY TAKES 5 MINUTES TO JUST REPROGRAM IT.LOU FUSZ CHEVROLET, SAPAUGH,AND LOU FUSZ MITSUBISHI OFFERED TO REPROGRAM IT ANYTIME FOR FREE DUE TO IT BEING SO QUICK AND EASY.I JUST FIGURED I COULD HAVE SUNTRUP DO IT SINCE I WOULD BE THERE ALREADY.100.00 ,ARE YOU SERIOUS ,THATS INSANE.BUT LETS PROCEED TO OTHER PROBLEMS.I GET THERE ,HAVE TO CHARGE THE AMOUNT AND TIM DOES NOT EVEN COME OUT FROM THE CASHIERS WINDOW TO TALK ABOUT THIS.THAT IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT TO MENTION MY CAR WAS PARKED AT THE END OF THE LOT OUTSIDE AND THE xxxxxxx KID PARKED IT DIRECTLY IN A PUDDLE OF RAIN WATER SINCE ITS HEAVILY RAINING. AND I GUESS SINCE TIM DOES NOT WANT TO COMMUNICATE LIKE AN ADULT I WOULD OF LIKED AN EXPLANATION OF WHY THE SECOND TIME THEY DID NOT PLACE A PAPER FLOOR MAT IN MY VEHICLE OR WAS IT. I JUST HAD IT IN LOU FUSZ 2 SEPERATE TIMES LAST MONTH AND THEY DETAILED IT ON BOTH OCCASIONS,EXPLAINED IN DETAIL FACE TO FACE WHAT WAS DONE AND BEST OF ALL THEy SAID NO CHARGE.HAVE A GOOD DAY Mr.Blaylock.My father bought his car from your dealership as well as my brother and my father recommende me to come to this dealer because he had a good experience.I had informed him and he said he will go elsewhere from here on out.its a shame that all this is done to a person unemployed collecting no unemployment payments trying to servive.ALL THIS OVER $55.00. SAD ,HORRIBLE,AND MAYBE YOU SHOULD HIRE ME SINCE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MY SPECIALTY AND STEP ONE WOULD BE TO GIVE TIM BACON THROUGH TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
I purchased a used vehicle from Suntrup Buick, with a 3 month 3000mile warranty from the dealership, after a week the truck devopled a transmission problem. At this point the truck was dropped off at the d month 3000mile warranty from the dealership, after a week the truck devopled a transmission problem. At this point the truck was dropped off at the dealership, to be repaired. After another week the truck wasnt repaired do to a problem with the warranty company and the dealership. No one from the dealership could or would take the issue to task and JUST FIX THE TRUCK. Also it took a call from my wife after the first week for the dealership to offer a loaner car/truck, while they were waiting to decide what to do with the repair work. Now this week is a short 3 day week due to the holidays. So a repair that should have taken 3 to 4 days will, be well over 14. WITH little to no concern on Suntrup's management team at there St Peters location, so now I have to take to the web to see if any of there management team cares....... More

She was very friendly and made the experience st Rachel was very patient with me. She answered countless questions at all times of the day and night! She was very friendly and made the experience stress free!! I had shopped EVERYWHERE in state and she was one of the few people that did not blow me off, being a young female. The finance man, Jeff, was very kind. He answered my questions and made my dad feel I was treated right. I love my Terrain! Suntrup is lucky to have Rachel and Jeff! They treated me like a person not a sale! More

This is my second purchase with Suntrup and I can't say enough about the way all of these people went out of there way to help me in my trouble. I was 475 miles from home and my 2001 Sonoma engine went out enough about the way all of these people went out of there way to help me in my trouble. I was 475 miles from home and my 2001 Sonoma engine went out. The GMC dealer in Stevens Point Wisconsin replaced the motor, but other problems devoleped and I needed a new truck... NOW!!!! Patrick went to work for me and then had Crystal get involved...she hit a home-run in finding a truck out of state. They all knew everything about my old truck and my needs for a new one. Pactrik & Crystal were just great...they called to give me up-dates on the arival of the new truck and it was ready, serviced right on time. I wanted to pay with cash, but to sell off some stocks and then recieve the money takes 7 to 10 days...this is where Jeff Bess the finance specialist went to work for me. Jeff worked it out and showed me every consideration to get me in this truck and out the door. If I had a business...I'd want these people to work for me. Charles L. Where to begin? Let me start off by saying that had I known what type of experience we would encounter with this dealership, we never would have stepped foot on their lot. We saw an ad in the paper for known what type of experience we would encounter with this dealership, we never would have stepped foot on their lot. We saw an ad in the paper for a vehicle that was priced right for us. We ended up buying the vehicle because it fit our budget and all of our many needs as a family of 6, not because we were pleased or impressed with the service. Our first impression of the salesman was that we were boring him, and he was bothered by the fact that he had to help us. Going in, we knew what our bottom line was, which was not far off from the list price. Instead of the salesman working with us eagerly to sell us a vehicle, he seemed disinterested and put off by the fact that he had to work past 5 P.M. He made us feel uncomfortable at times and not welcome. "Friendly" is a word that did not seem to fit his vocabulary. I don't know if Steve was having a bad day, but after revisiting the dealership 2 other times to hammer out some details, we came to realize that Steve's smug attitude was just his idea of a salesman's personality. Reading these other reviews, I wish we would have had a different salesman. When we finally came to an agreement on price, we sat alone in his cubicle for 30 minutes and had to go looking for assistance. After finding the finance guy, he told us that Steve never mentioned that we were waiting. In dealing with Jeff (the finance guy), he yawned several times during the paperwork and said "hey, it's late." We were rushed through our paperwork, and we had to catch many mistakes on the PURCHASE ORDER. We told him specifically that we were financing our vehicle through a separate credit union, and told him the name and location of it. After all of that, he printed out a purchase order with a completely different credit union, a wrong phone number, and he even put my fiancee on a loan with a different customer whom we had never heard of. After we pointed these mistakes out to him, he again mentioned that it was late and he was "not a rocket scientist." He also tried to blame us for not giving him the name of our lending agency, which we did at least 3 times. All of this occurred while our 4 kids were waiting restlessly on his cubicle floor. During this process, he took a phone call and had a conversation regarding some sort of quarrel he was in with Steve (our salesman) and proceeded to call him "a baby." After he hung up, he complained to us that Steve had not communicated well enough with him about our transaction. Each person at Suntrup blamed the other for problems, lacked professional attitudes regarding their coworkers and customers, and clearly had no intentions of putting the customer first. When we finally drove off the lot, we found a half-eaten pack of gum in a compartment on the dash, trash under the seat, there was no owner's manual, and the gas tank was on "E". We had to set up an appointment to have a few scratches sanded and painted in the door jambs, and when we told Steve that he left us zero gas, he asked very smugly if a tank of gas "would make us happy." All this after spending $19,000. Two weeks later, we still do not have an owner's manual (which was promised to us by the time we brought the car back for repairs). The rental that was given to us during our car's repair was also on "E" and reeked of smoke and was covered in soda stains. When I picked my vehicle back up, someone had taken a tube of white paint that can be purchased at Wal-Mart and painted right over the scratch without sanding and completing the job properly. We are worried the scratches will rust and I will be taking the time necessary to do the job correctly. We asked them to seal the gasket in the rear hatch when we dropped it off, and that problem was also not addressed. Again, I had to take the time to do that job myself. This vehicle is GM Certified, and even though I CAN make some of these repairs myself, I don't expect to have to when spending that kind of money. If I have any problems in the future, I guarantee I will not take my vehicle back to this dealership. Nor will I EVER return again to purchase another vehicle. I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Everyone I came in contact with (excepting the head of the service department) was cold, rude, unprofessional, and unappreciative of our business. I am certainly not a difficult man to please, and I have never written a poor review of a business before, but I feel so strongly about the poor experience we had here, I simply could not wait until I had a chance to voice my opinion of this experience.
