We just purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from the used sales department at Sunrise Toyota. I'll admit, my husband and I walked into this establishment very guarded, convinced that the salespeople were goi sales department at Sunrise Toyota. Wow, everything went so incredibly smooth! Will, was our salesperson was accomodating, friendly and dealt with us in a non pressure approach!!! He was honest, upfront and knowledgeable. Shortly thereafter we were introduced to Anthony (GM) who was also fantastic in helping us chose the right model. Finally Ben, the financial manager was able to get us a better interest rate than my beloved bank that I have been a member of for over 37 years!!! We are SOOOO happy with the every detail of the process..... I HIGHLY recommend going to Sunrise Toyota used sales department if your in the market for a used automobile. More

I'm beyond happy that I chose to deal with Sunrise Toyota in searching for my new car. My older vehicle was starting to show signs that I would have to start dumping money into it, so I knew it was time to s in searching for my new car. I knew that I wanted a smaller SUV, and knowing how the vehicle market is now, I was hesitant. I was recommended by a very good work acquaintance to come in to Sunrise Toyota, and they had Eric Chandler give me a call. I searched their inventory online and saw they had an almost brand new 2021 CHR that was exactly what I was looking for. Eric worked with me to send me additional photos, prep that car, and have everything ready for me when I came in for an appointment the following day as I was traveling from Queens NY. Eric truly made this process so smooth, and I am so glad I had him to help me through it all. He answered all of my questions, was patient during the test drive, and made me comfortable that I was making the right choice with this car. Once I did make the decision to take the car, Mike Coltilino made the paperwork process so smooth, I never expected to be done with things in under 2 hours, I really expected to spend almost all day there.
