I wanted a white RAV 4 hybrid. None were available last year, but none were to be found in the area although Sue Thomas searched high and low. We brought it to Sunrise for service, which was excellent. When we had a problem with the lane keeping assist, Ray, the technician, discussed the problem with Toyota engineers and arranged for a replacement steering rack which apparently is packed with electronics and a computer. Sunrise is my ideal dealer, unlike Atlantic Auto Group (Advantage Toyota, South Shore Hyundai) which charges to even check a car for a manufacturer's defect). Finally, last but not least, Linda Garelli, the service manager can't be beat. More

Good location where you can easily have a relaxed test drive in the neighborhood or highway. I couldn't find such a location in many other leaderships in Long Island or NYC. I definitely suggest confirming the APR interest rate at the beginning in case you wanna finance there. More

There was no “hard sell” used at all.After I had decided to purchase,I told them that my time was short, they rushed the process as quickly as possible. I came back a few times after I purchased the car because I couldn’t figure out some of the electronic display, Kevin came in ON HIS DAY OFF to help me! He also called over another sales consultant (Justin Lavery) to help me connect my phone texting system to the car’s system. Justin, after spending a good 15 minutes “playing” with my phone and the car, was successful in linking them together. Michael Coltellino, a sales consultant, helped with the paperwork to make sure that everything from the title transfer, insurance transfer and the financing went as smoothly as anyone could want. I know from experience (my last car was also a Toyota that I had purchased there) that the service department is first rate. I highly recommend this dealership and all of the staff that I have mentioned. I have no doubt that the rest of the staff are just as good as the people that I have dealt with. More
