BUYER BEWARE of this dealership and this manager (however some folks there were kind and welcoming). I came in looking to lease a car Base Model Prius Prime Le that I called and looked on their website befor some folks there were kind and welcoming). I came in looking to lease a car Base Model Prius Prime Le that I called and looked on their website beforehand to confirm they had the one in stock and that the MSRP matched. I initially came for the Toyota Regional offer listed on the Toyota website at $129 a month, $2,999 down, and when discussing pricing with the sales rep Sandra Reyes she tells me I had to pay an additional $6,000 on top of that for taxes, title, reg, plates, and other fees. I was then informed that the car had also been swapped out for leather seats making it an additional $3,000, in which I had to pay in full in order to lease. Come to find out they had another Le same spec car with fabric seats were also swapped out for leather. No where on the site or over the phone specified this charge or change to the car which I would shrug off if it were maybe $300 for some floor mats that they forgot to specify but for totally different seats for an extra $3,000???? So I asked to speak to a manager, and a man named Dennis Montgomery showed up. I simply asked to know if the seats could be swapped back, and why this was never specified on the website or over the phone. He tells me "it is what it is" they just changed them, and that they already threw out the original cloth seats so they couldn't put them back. After talking and going back and forth he then proceeds to use foul and offensive language, cursing and telling me to get out and leave. It seems like this place is using very deceptive tactics to try to squeeze as much money as possible from their customers. I did the math and the total lease deal for 3 years for 10k miles comes out to well over $17,000 at the end of lease term for a Prius Prime Le even with incentives. I never experienced this at any dealership at all especially with a manager like that. So I just wanted to inform everyone about this and to do some research on the car you are planning on getting to make sure you don't get squeezed for all your money. More

Went to check out some new cars the first dealer was unresponsive and I remembered this Toyota place that I had gone to wants to get a part for my car and decided to go there and look for a car they had unresponsive and I remembered this Toyota place that I had gone to wants to get a part for my car and decided to go there and look for a car they had a Big selection of cars to choose from we ran about three cars looking at them and Robert Parnagian came right outside and was very informative about every car very thorough on the way he Spoke with exceptionally helpful very assertive but not pushy I knew everything about each car felt very comfortable buying my car from him and would definitely recommend him to anybody that would wish to buy a car and felt like I was talking to my uncle and he was helping me out to buy a car More

The sales people were awesome. Wilfredo Diaz was beyond amazing, friendly and very helpful. I was very picky about what I wanted and he ran around the dealership and showed me like 10 different cars u til amazing, friendly and very helpful. I don't recommend this place (i will explain why in a sec) but if you do decide to go there, ask for wilfredo (he's really great). The reason I don't recommend this place is bcuz of the finance department. Especially Anthony. The guy tricked/scamed me for over 7000. He talked about alot of things which included a whole bunch of fees, warranties, protections and a whole bunch of other crap that I still don't understand. At no point did he ask me if I wanted to purchase any of this and decided for me. Then he gave me like 20 papers to sign only with the bottom showing to pressure me into not reading the information on the forms. I feel cheated and scared cuz I trusted them because it was my first ever purchase. And then I had to go back twice to track him down and try and delete all the bulletin charges and I was able to cancel only some. I don't recommend to buy your car here but if u do, be extremely careful when your signing documents and ask to see everything while u r at the office with the guy. More

Kevin was a great help to my husband and I when selecting which new suv we needed. He was very knowledgeable, polite and practiced COVID safe procedures.
