Alex was great to work with- He took the time to make sure I had the car I would truly be happy with. He was very friendly and was extremely efficient. I will start off by saying, by far hands down this was the best buying a car experience, in a very long time. My fiance and I just recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee about 2 months ago, and we though th the best buying a car experience, in a very long time. My fiance and I just recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee about 2 months ago, and we though the process was very long and alot of wasted hours. Hours we will never get back. Last week our son was in a car accident and it ended up that the car was totaled ( my son was not injured in the accident) We both work full time jobs and have a child that needs to get to and from school and also work. We are down to one car the jeep. You can imagine our difficulties. We were scrambling and desperate for a car, we spent alot of time on line looking for cars that were within our budget. We went to one dealership prior to meeting Wally at Sunnside and once again it was 3 hrs of wasted time that we will never get back. after that experience we were a bit stressed and overwhelmed. When we got home we went back on line and found a 2010 Acura TSX at Sunnyside,I took the number to work, called and spoke with Wally. He was very helpful from the beginning,I told him my issue and that I didn't want to go sit there and waste time, so if he could work with what we needed or wanted then we would go in tonight. He immediately said , let me go confirm the car is still here and I will call you back, within minutes he called me to let me know he actually touched the car and is the lot. We worked the numbers over the phone, and at 6pm we pulled in the lot and the car was right up front started and ready for us to test drive. We bought the car, Wally had the answer to every question we asked, knew ALOT about Acura and even hooked up our booth tooth. I can't say enough about this experience and how happy we are. I will definately purchase again from Wally and recommend anyone to visit this dealership More
