What Others Say

Ed Molina has help me through the process, very helpful and transparent. Also Franklin and Iddy the managers. He is very easy to talk to,I would recommend anyone who is in the market to reach out to Ed.

Had a horrible experience with the sales person that we dealt with. Company needs to provide better training for their staff. Make sure all I are dotted and T are crossed.

My wife and I visited for a test drive on Monday expecting to wait a few months before purchasing. There was a car in the showroom that really caught our eye though. I emailed Jessica and Idy the next day and basically worked everything out via email very quickly. The car was ready to be picked up Wednesday! Jessica and Idy made everything easy and Kim (finance) was a pleasure to work with (very personable and hoenst).

Noah and Tom were great to work with. They answered all questions either immediately or checked to made sure I promptly received the right answer. The transaction was smooth, quick and they made sure that a follow up service was taken care better they I expected it would be. Customer care before and after the sale will get my business back. I have and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable used car from a dependable dealer who you can count on after the sale. Those types of people and companies are hard to find...

Avoid these people at all cost. Alex was my salesperson He lied about the value of my trade. He lied about the value of the Integra that I purchased. Lied about the maintenance free package. On and on it went. I've been in touch with these people least 50 times since my purchase and each time they try to " find an equitable solution" it ends with me getting ripped off again. I've also been in touch with Acura on a corporate level multiple times throughout this nightmare only to be told that the dealerships operate independently and they can only suggest that they do the right thing. They can however hand out platinum team awards. " Acuras highest honor". Basically it's a built in excuse to rip people off. You'll see all the negative reviews of this dealership are followed by the sales manager Bob referencing this award. If you're on the fence please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

We recently bought a used Acura at Sunnyside and worked with Ed Molina. I can not say enough good things about him! He was nice, honest, professional, and not pushy at all. We will definitely continue to be sunnyside customers in the future because of our experience with Ed!
