SULLIVAN Cadillac will let you die! Service department was supposed to give me a free inspection, but then charged me $115. The next day both of my front tires blew out almost killing Service department was supposed to give me a free inspection, but then charged me $115. The next day both of my front tires blew out almost killing me and my family. Are tires not part of a standard inspection anymore?? Also, no coolant or transmission fluid in the vehicle. I got charged a waste disposal fee. Did they forget to fill it up or never checked it at all?? DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT SULLIVAN CADILLACS IN OCALA. More

Service Department My wife called and told me her tire pressure was low on her rear tire. We were leaving for a cruise the following week and had little time to fit this My wife called and told me her tire pressure was low on her rear tire. We were leaving for a cruise the following week and had little time to fit this problem in. I looked at the tire and it had a nail in it I called the dealership spoke with Jaime Daigle she said bring the car down they would either patch it or replace the tire she made sure they had one in stock. While it was their they rotated the tires and changed the oil. This service department is very professional and polite. I would purchase my next vehicle from this dealership. Service I was having problems with my Cue system spoke with Jaime Daigle from the service dept. She suggested I bring it down so they could look at it. Three days later I was out the door with a new system! I would rate this service Department a Five! Sullivan Threatens seniors into buying immediately I am a current Cadillac owner whose lease is almost up. I went to my dealer and asked how much for a new car lease. After 90 minutes of them gathering I am a current Cadillac owner whose lease is almost up. I went to my dealer and asked how much for a new car lease. After 90 minutes of them gathering everything from me I was told that if I was not going to commit to buying today I would not be given pricing. Huh? These people intimidate and threaten people into buying. They have the worst service department ever as well. Stay away from these xxxxx!!! More

I contacted Roy on the internet and proceeded to the dealership. We negotiated a price fair to both of us. This was a stress free experience and everyone on the show room floor were just nice people. We had never been to a Cadillac Dealer before, but Ronnie immediately greeted us, showed us around and helped us to select a new Cadillac. He was very helpful and extremely pleasant, great to work with. Hi immediately greeted us, showed us around and helped us to select a new Cadillac. He was very helpful and extremely pleasant, great to work with. His help did not end with the sale of the car, He continued to help us with the few very minor issues we had. Both Ronnie,Richard and Charles helped us with financing, they made it as painless as possible. All in all it was probably the best experience we have had with a car dealership, and we have bought many new vehicles at different dealerships,in different states. I retired from General Motors and I have never had such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Sullivan Cadillac to anyone who is interested in buying a car. More
