Disappointed with Service and Lack of Professionalism! I recently visited CDJR of Troy for a service appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During the appointment, the interior of my vehicle was damaged, and to my surprise, a half-drank pop bottle was left behind in my car. Considering the significant amount of money I spent, I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism. This lack of care and attention to detail is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of quality one would expect from a dealership of this stature. While I have addressed my concerns with the staff and provided photographic evidence, I am still waiting on a response from the Service Manager to rectify this issue. This delay only adds to my disappointment with the experience. I urge CDJR of Troy to take these matters seriously and improve the professionalism and care in their service process. More
