I am very unhappy with the overall process of purchase from your dealership. On 13th April , I booked a vehicle and paid a $500 deposit for the same. Sales person told me it was booked on my name, when from your dealership. On 13th April , I booked a vehicle and paid a $500 deposit for the same. Sales person told me it was booked on my name, when I asked for the VIN number Salesperson (Joshua Bell) tried to cheat me and provided the VIN number of a different vehicle which was an accidental car and higher mileage. Thanks to the insurance guy who brought this to my notice, then I visited the dealership , then Joshua and Matthew (Senior Sales Guy) told me it was booked through online so they do not have hold on the same. Finally, I settled with another vehicle and asked to create a purchase document. There also these guys played smartly and put an old vehicle (Accidental ) VIn on my papers. As soon as I brought it to their notice Mattew was fuming and very rude with us. Vehicle which I bought was not cleaned from the engine side. Lots of dust in the engine compartment and looks like it is not serviced, just cleaned from outside. Also, Oil and coolant levels are very low. When I try to reach Joshua and Matt they are not responsive and Joshua told you they are not doing cleaning before delivery. More

I've had the pleasure working with Brendan twice now, and now Anthony and Ryan. They are courteous and honest. Best yet, Brendan follows up when he says he will - a rarity these days. Easy like Saturday Morning I stopped in while pricing out lease options at various dealerships, after work on a Thursday.
