High prices and unprofessional attitude I was referred to this dealership by a friend. So even though it was out of my way I gave them a try. The prices I was offered were substantially high I was referred to this dealership by a friend. So even though it was out of my way I gave them a try. The prices I was offered were substantially higher than those I got from 3 other dealerships. When I found a car with a reasonable price, I gave Town Subaru a call out of respect to my friend who has referred me to them. I said, here is the deal I have, if you can match it I will get it from you. All of a sudden, I was told that they have one car in stock which would match exactly what I was offered elsewhere and they can match the price and probably go below it. So I decided to get the car from them only to see that they reneged on the price and came up with a price that was higher than what they had offered to match or beat. At that point I had enough of them. More

Couldn't be happier. I started out with interest in Subarus in April after a car accident. Early May came around and I went to a Subaru dealer(unnnamed) and waited a month I started out with interest in Subarus in April after a car accident. Early May came around and I went to a Subaru dealer(unnnamed) and waited a month for a car they said was coming in for me. Making a long story short the car was NOT the one I asked for, and the conversation end with a sour taste in my mouth. That same night I called Town Subaru and they had the car I wanted. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt welcomed and knew I was going to leave there happy. I saw my car, shook some hand, and a week later I was driving away with my new XV that fit my exact requirments and more.(thanks for the heated seats) Everything from the greeting to the 'goodbye wave' as I drove off the lot was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. Heck I even got the car a bit cheaper than the first dealer, I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to avoid hassle in buying their next car. A thoroughly great experience! We just got home with our new Outback and couldn't be happier. We live in CT, but a friend recommended this dealership. Before driving to NJ to get th We just got home with our new Outback and couldn't be happier. We live in CT, but a friend recommended this dealership. Before driving to NJ to get the car, we dealt with Jake and then Rolf on the phone and via email. It took a few weeks, but they were able to get exactly the car we were looking for. This morning we spent about two hours at the dealership--first to review all the paperwork which was very straightforward (thanks Peter), and then with Rolf who patiently showed us every feature of the vehicle, and then sat with us as we paired our phone with the audio system and programed radio and satellite presets. Everyone was friendly and courteous--we recommend these guys without reservation! More

Friendliest salesman Recently went into this dealership looking for a 2015 forester and dealt with Will which was extremely friendly and knowlegable in helping me find wha Recently went into this dealership looking for a 2015 forester and dealt with Will which was extremely friendly and knowlegable in helping me find what i wanted . I didnt know much about subaru and Will answered all my questions. Even though they did not have what i wanted due to a 8-10 week wait because of problems in Boston {where they ship it from} and i was in need of a car asap Will let me test drive a car similar to the one i wanted and even did a detailed search to see if possobly another dealer might have it in the tri state. Will was opposite of a typical sleazy pushy salesman. Very proffestional and a true gentleman. followed up with me a couple times after even though i purchased with another dealeraship. I will tell all my friends and family to go see Will when their time comes to buy or lease. I will be going to englewood to get any accessories i might need and definetly for my next car. More

I've owned 4 cars in my lifetime, and must say I never met a sales representative as atten It was such a pleasure working with salesman, Rolf Hansen. I've owned 4 cars in my lifetime, and must say I never met a sales representative as attentive and patient as Rolf. He was polite and courteous and took the time to explain EVERY feature/detail there was on the new 2015 Outback. He didn't just talk about it, we sat in the car and went over everything. Manual paddle shifting was a feature I wasn't familiar with, but on our test drive he demonstrated how it worked and what conditions paddle shifters would be beneficial in. On delivery, he went over everything again to make sure I was comfortable in my new car. I couldn't be happier and HIGHLY recommend Rolf and the staff at Town Subaru. More

Great follow up by Chirs a few days later to ensure that I was happy with my purchace and that there were no problems with the car. Dealer took care of all CT DMV paperwork to transfer my plates. Got an amazing deal on my Subaru Legacy and would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. More
