But they end up ignoring my offer my call and emails, i guess this new management was selling alot of their garbage to other customer. So id end up buying my second wrx 2017 to Liberty subaru of emerson NJ for a really decent and honest price. More

Jorge worked tirelessly, called me daily to let me know what was going on and made sure every detail of the purchase was worked out before I even traveled to NYC, where Jorge sent a car and driver to pick us up, bring us to NJ to the dealership and even provided lunch for us. What a treat. I found Jorge to be very through, patience, sincere, honest and reliable, a true professional. Jorge concern continued after the purchase of my Outback. I truly appreciated his follow up call to make sure we made it back to VA safely and his emails to check that the car was doing fine. I transferred my tags from my present Outback. I was given a temporary tag to drive home while Jorge handled the paperwork to make the transfer happen, I took my new Outback and old tags on vacation down to Florida, where Jorge was to over night the registration to me. There was some miscommunication as to what was suppose to happen and the registration papers was sent to my home in VA. by mistake, needless to say Jorge came to the rescue. Jorge was able to contact the DMV in VA or wherever, get a copy of the registration and email the registration to me so I could make a copy and continue my holiday without any worry about not having a registration. I can't say enough or thank Jorge enough for being the best Sales Consultant I have ever had the pleasure of working with. In addition to working with Jorge, my experience with the young man in the Finance Department (I'm so sorry I can't recall his name) was great, he did not try to sale me anything I was not interested in and made the experience a pleasant one, thank you. High prices and unprofessional attitude I was referred to this dealership by a friend. So even though it was out of my way I gave them a try. When I found a car with a reasonable price, I gave Town Subaru a call out of respect to my friend who has referred me to them. I said, here is the deal I have, if you can match it I will get it from you. All of a sudden, I was told that they have one car in stock which would match exactly what I was offered elsewhere and they can match the price and probably go below it. So I decided to get the car from them only to see that they reneged on the price and came up with a price that was higher than what they had offered to match or beat. At that point I had enough of them. More

Couldn't be happier. I started out with interest in Subarus in April after a car accident. Early May came around and I went to a Subaru dealer(unnnamed) and waited a month I started out with interest in Subarus in April after a car accident. Making a long story short the car was NOT the one I asked for, and the conversation end with a sour taste in my mouth. That same night I called Town Subaru and they had the car I wanted. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt welcomed and knew I was going to leave there happy. I saw my car, shook some hand, and a week later I was driving away with my new XV that fit my exact requirments and more.(thanks for the heated seats) Everything from the greeting to the 'goodbye wave' as I drove off the lot was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. Heck I even got the car a bit cheaper than the first dealer, I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to avoid hassle in buying their next car. Before driving to NJ to get the car, we dealt with Jake and then Rolf on the phone and via email. It took a few weeks, but they were able to get exactly the car we were looking for. This morning we spent about two hours at the dealership--first to review all the paperwork which was very straightforward (thanks Peter), and then with Rolf who patiently showed us every feature of the vehicle, and then sat with us as we paired our phone with the audio system and programed radio and satellite presets. Everyone was friendly and courteous--we recommend these guys without reservation! More
