Wonderful Experience I now know that buying a car can truly be a wonderful experience. Jim O'Neill made "the dreaded car buying experience" into the most easy going expe I now know that buying a car can truly be a wonderful experience. Jim O'Neill made "the dreaded car buying experience" into the most easy going experience I've had at a car dealership EVER. He made my husband and I feel like he had our best interests in mind and like he would work with us to make this process as easy and exciting as it should be. He was honest, amicable, and kind. I would go back to Town Motors Subaru in a heartbeat if i needed to buy/lease another car. I love my new Subaru Impreza!! More

I made a phone call to Jim O'Neill and we made our way to see him. We left a couple hours later with our vehicle and would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone. Awful buying experience. Never purchase a car here. Found a car that I liked in the right color combination that was at Town Motors. I am out of state and needed to have the car shipped to me. The salesman (Chris Bradish) sent over the paperwork, I sent wire transfer, and scheduled a time to have the car picked up.. Then the problems started. The wire transfer was sent on 11/18/2014. Car was dropped off to me 5 days later, albeit with only one key when the salesman assured me there was two keys. I called both the finance manager and the salesman, no response of course. Temporary tag came with the car, good for 14 days. So I enjoy 14 days of driving. After that, no plates, registration, title, or spare key arrived yet. I give it another couple weeks, assuming they were busy. Still nothing. At this point my new car has been sitting in my garage because I can’t legally drive it with no plates. I call Chris back and ask what the deal is. He assures me that the documents and plates will be to me by 12/21/2015. I say ok, and wait. Still nothing. I begin calling back and texting and leaving voicemails to him daily, all with no response. I call his manager and anyone else at the dealership I can get ahold of- all no answers, no returned calls. Couple weeks of the daily calls and I still have no title or plates and no responses from anyone at Town motors. I finally get ahold of the motor vehicle department lady and she tells me it will be two more weeks until they get the plates. I ask why it has been taking so long, why did they only send a 14 day temporary tag, why do I have to continue to leave my new vehicle in the garage and drive a rental car because I can’t drive a car I paid for two months ago. She of course had no response. The tags eventually show up on 1/30/15, but without the spare key I was promised. I email Chris numerous times and he of course doesn’t respond for a week. He tries to push off responsibility to the shipping company. In summary-Town motors screwed me out of the following: • A $300 spare key • 2 months of driving • 2 months of paying registration, insurance, depreciation on my car • Countless hours calling and texting trying to find out the status. • Rental car bill as I couldn’t drive my car with no registration. NEVER buy a car from here unless you don’t mind leaving it sit for several months and have another vehicle to drive. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. They had no problems responding before I sent the money, but when it came time to actually get the documents in order- nothing but ignored calls. No organization, no responses ever, just total incompetence and lack of concern for the buyer. More

As they were when we bought our Imprezza, the sales team of Chris and Pete were great. They knew we did not have a lot of money to work with us and secured a good lease for us so that we can have this second car for our adult daughter. We have leased Subarus in the past from other dealers, and I have to say without a doubt that Town Motors is the best. They also have a great service department. I have worked with Woody on our 2013 Imprezza and am looking forward to working with him on the 2015 car. Subarus are great cars that can almost sell themselves on safety, resale value and All-Wheel Drive. Chris and Pete enriched the experience by making it even more user-friendly and supportive. Waste of time I was contacted by jerold rivera that he had the car i was interested in. He set an appointment for me and said the car was ready to see. Just to be sure i dont waste my time i called jerold to be sure the car is still there. Was told everything is ready for me and he is waiting. When i got there he "couldnt" find the car. I wasted about 5 hours in traffic and money in tolls. Thanks a lot jerold. More
