This is important to us because our baby will be inheriting the world that we leave her. Also, with the winter we just had, driving an AWD vehicle in the snow seems to make more sense. We had gone to dealerships in the area like Hyundai on Route 4 and others. A lot of salesmen that we had talked too were pushy and tried to close the deal fast. We are patient people and had no intention to succumb to the pressure and close any deal fast. I am glad that we waited because we had good fortune to work with Rolf Hansen at Town Motors. He was patient, took time to answer questions honestly, and communicated very well via email - phone - and in person. And each time, it wasn't the car that turned us off, it was the customer service. My partner and I met quite a few car dealers with less-than-friendly demeanors, ill-fitting suits, and "hey dude" types of attitudes. That really didn't work for us. Basically, we didn't feel comfortable, and they didn't try to make us feel comfortable. Which is odd when our demographic is known to have above-average salaries, no children, a passion for quality cars, and very healthy disposable incomes. Then we met Yasmine Armanios at Town Motors. We felt comfortable and welcome with her right from the start. She was straight-forward, inquisitive, and had a great sense of humor. She's like a car dealer's version of the best PFLAG supporter you've ever met. Sure, we were looking for a car with the right appearance, performance, and price; but you can find that at any dealership.
