Bait & switch I asked for & received a quote for a 2018 2.5i Outback Touring that appeared very competitive. Was given a test drive in a 3.6 Touring instead. Kept receiving invoices listing a 2.5i Limited, the sales rep insisted the invoices were for the Touring model. The rep then said they couldn't find the car I wanted After 11 days I asked for a refund of my $1,000 deposit, I went to the dealership & completed the refund paperwork & was told I would have my money back in 3 business days. It is now 1 week & there is no refund. I have since been able to obtain the car I want at a different dealer, located during my initial visit & shipped from elsewhere This is my 5th Subaru. More

He is a very polite, honest and straightforward salesman with a great sense of humor. Not once did I feel confused, pressured or scammed into a purchase. They are not like most salespeople in car dealerships where they try and finagle you into a car without even thinking or looking at it. They let you look around and let you actually have a feel of what you might potentially get. They were so helpful with the sale process of their cars and I would recommend them to everyone. More

He was courteous, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. While taking a test drive he took the time to explained all the whistles and bells on the model we wished to purchase. Peter, the financial manager, was also very organized and knowledgeable. On the day of delivery Jorge took the time again to review all the car details. We will definitely be return customers and be pleased to recommend Jorge and Town Subaru to our family and friends. More
Great Service department that went above and beyond for me. I recently bought my dream car at an out of state Subaru dealer. I had it for a week and noticed a whirring sound that I thought was coming from the I recently bought my dream car at an out of state Subaru dealer. I had it for a week and noticed a whirring sound that I thought was coming from the center differential. When I took it in to Town Subaru I met with Jessie Arlington who became my service rep. They ran a diagnostic and deemed that the clutch needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the clutch isn't covered under warranty and I would have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Jessie and the service manager, Jeffery Couch worked it out and are covering the repair at no cost to me. These guys saved me a ton of time and money, I will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family from now on. More
Bad service had to pay twice My car had 3 lights on the dashboard. Took it here to get it fixed, they had to replace a part. My salesman, Chris Bradish, fairly quickly located a 2017 Forester with a hard-to-find combination of options that I wanted. He was courteous, polite, and communicated well, so I decided to drive over 100 miles from my home in upstate NY to buy the car. Then, I picked up the car, and that's where problems arose. - I noted that the cargo nets I ordered had not been installed. Chris assured me that no installation was required, and that I could simple pop them in when I wanted them. WRONG. Installation, including drilling, was required. I was not about to take a drill to the interior of my brand new car. - as a NY resident buying a car in NJ, I was given a 20 day temporary license plate while waiting for the dealership to deliver the permanents, which I was told would happen within 10 days. WRONG. After all sorts of emails and unanswered phone calls, I finally got some nice woman that said the plates appeared to get sitting around for some time. She sent them express, so they arrived on day 19, a day before my temporary plate expired. Of course, now I have to get a NY state inspection the next day, a Saturday, disrupting my weekend plans. And, after all of this, I am still waiting for Mr. Bradish yo get back to be. And then there is the sales manager, who sent me a form letter asking if there was any reason that I couldn't give them the highest rating. I responded with this story, and even he has not responded. Makes me wonder if there is something systemic about the lack of post-sale customer service. BTW, Peter the Finance manager did a great job making the buying process as seamless as possible. So, if your car is delivered with all accessories installed, and you can roll out of he dealership with NO OPEN ITEMS OR FOLLOW UPS, then Town may work for you. But if you discover any issues, or there are any dealership follow ups just know you're on your own. More

Their customer service and matching us up to the appropriate Subaru without over selling us on accessories that we did not want was impeccable. Please stay away from Town Subaru for repairs! The Town Subaru service department NEVER moved my car or put my car up on a lift (even after the service rep Woody assured me they did!). Town Subaru tried to pressure me into $4000.00 dollar unnecessary repair. After towing my car to Ramsey Subaru, a $600.00 repair totally fixed my car. Please be wary of Town Subaru in Englewood N.J. service department. TOTALLY UNETHICAL!!! Tony Martins from Town Subaru was dismissive and insincere in his dealing with the issue. Tony Martins was EXTREMELY unprofessional and is not cable of handling unhappy customer. Subaru has always been a brand I have trusted (this 2015 limited Impreza is my second Subaru) and I will buy another. But Never from Town Subaru! And NEVER, NEVER have my Subaru serviced at Town Subaru in Englewood. N.J.!!!! More
