He is super professional patient friendly personable and is defiantly there for the customer. Rodger Sales manager (I hope that's his name and how u spell it) he's funny, straight forward and will meet you half way which in the business world means a lot! Peter the guy who does all the paper work, he is also super amazing. He also treated you with the upmost respect and professionalism. I was looking for a very rare 1 of 500 car since last summer. Got the run around everywhere. One phone call with Jorge and 2 days later I'm driving exactly what I wanted no hassle no over price charging and the best experience ever! The owner is so lucky to have these guys and hope he knows how rare it is to have a staff that know how to treat the customers. All smiles jokes and laughter! I will always keep in touch and go there for anything related to my car! You want honesty and professionalism and a good laugh and time this is where go! It was a true blessing to cross paths with all of them and I thank you Jorge for everything! Best experience ever!!!!! More

Pressures with fake timelines Jae provided me an initial quote by email that was not competitive and appeared to use the incorrect residual value for a 10k miles lease instead of 1 Jae provided me an initial quote by email that was not competitive and appeared to use the incorrect residual value for a 10k miles lease instead of 12k miles I asked for. I provided the best quote I'd receive so far and asked if they could beat it. Cue the fake pressure. Stephanie jumps into the email thread and explains that this model is in high demand, there is only one left, and I have to decide by end of day the next day. Their website lists 2 in transit along with plenty of others available at local dealers. In addition, she insists they beat my best sales price ~$600 through removing accessories, but would not provide a detailed list of accessories removed (not all are easily removed). In addition taxes and monthly payment appeared to be inflated. She responded to the issues I highlighted by applying even more pressure to say they have someone willing to pay full MSRP. Don't waste your time with this dealer. More

I'm an easy target, because I believed them at first and ALMOST authorized $2,000 of repairs without double checking. Took to a second opinion repair shop that our whole community uses and trusts. Found out we didn't need the work. Never go to anyone you cannot trust fully, even a dealership you think would want to earn your trust and business. I will not go back to this dealership. Trust is critical, and they blew it. Additionally, my car was not ready when it was supposed to be and it was a huge inconvenience with scheduling around retrieving it. More
Bait & switch I asked for & received a quote for a 2018 2.5i Outback Touring that appeared very competitive. Was given a test drive in a 3.6 Touring instead. Kept I asked for & received a quote for a 2018 2.5i Outback Touring that appeared very competitive. Was given a test drive in a 3.6 Touring instead. Kept receiving invoices listing a 2.5i Limited, the sales rep insisted the invoices were for the Touring model. The rep then said they couldn't find the car I wanted After 11 days I asked for a refund of my $1,000 deposit, I went to the dealership & completed the refund paperwork & was told I would have my money back in 3 business days. It is now 1 week & there is no refund. I have since been able to obtain the car I want at a different dealer, located during my initial visit & shipped from elsewhere This is my 5th Subaru. More

He was extremely helpful and patient at explaining and delivering the Subaru experience to me; someone who never owned a Subaru before. He is a very polite, honest and straightforward salesman with a great sense of humor. Not once did I feel confused, pressured or scammed into a purchase. Overall, this is a very sophisticated and professional dealership that offers great deals. After experiencing several dealerships, I highly recommend making this one your primary choice. I can guarantee, you will not be disappointed! More

They are not like most salespeople in car dealerships where they try and finagle you into a car without even thinking or looking at it. They let you look around and let you actually have a feel of what you might potentially get. They were so helpful with the sale process of their cars and I would recommend them to everyone. More

He was courteous, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. While taking a test drive he took the time to explained all the whistles and bells on the model we wished to purchase. Peter, the financial manager, was also very organized and knowledgeable. On the day of delivery Jorge took the time again to review all the car details. We will definitely be return customers and be pleased to recommend Jorge and Town Subaru to our family and friends. More
Great Service department that went above and beyond for me. I recently bought my dream car at an out of state Subaru dealer. I had it for a week and noticed a whirring sound that I thought was coming from the I recently bought my dream car at an out of state Subaru dealer. I had it for a week and noticed a whirring sound that I thought was coming from the center differential. When I took it in to Town Subaru I met with Jessie Arlington who became my service rep. They ran a diagnostic and deemed that the clutch needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the clutch isn't covered under warranty and I would have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Jessie and the service manager, Jeffery Couch worked it out and are covering the repair at no cost to me. These guys saved me a ton of time and money, I will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family from now on. More
