My first time visiting Subaru of Bend and was very impressed. Everyone was very friendly and Kason was able to get me checked in and on my way in less than 2 minutes. One big worry was where to get my “beloved” car serviced. Not for long! Found your dealership and have been a faithful customer ever since. It matters that you trust someone. I was told by friends that I should bring my car to this or that service station etc and get the best price for oil changes etc. I didn’t listen. To me it’s not simply about price. It’s about trust..a relationship. Would I be happy if you raised your prices to exorbitant levels? NO. Would I have to rethink my choices? I suppose I would. You are a family dealership and proud of your Bend heritage. That matters. America has to be careful in these scary and tumultuous times. Our country was built on these principles. If we trash them, we will pay dearly....life is not all about $...it’s about quality of life and things we hold dear. More

Would have done a dealer search had I wanted to do that so I could wind up with the exact vehicle I wanted. The one I was interested in had almost all the features I wanted so went with it rather than waiting. All in all a very good experience. More
Honestly I was going to leave 1 start but i felt like my car was done in a professional and quick manner. This review is in regards to Kason. Very friendly guy and tries really hard but he needs to learn how to balance not on the new customers coming in but also the people in the waiting room. I had a 9 year old kid and those with kids should know that it's very difficult to have them just sit in one spot for long periods. It's boring and let's be honest we are all bored waiting in that waiting room. I received and estimated time of 1 hour and after and hour and 24 minutes my kid was done. I had noticed people before me get up and leave so I decided to get up and look in the parking lot. There and behold, my car was done and just sitting there. I quickly went to the front and stood in a line full of people. When I finally reached Kason again he had apologized and said that my car had been done but he didnt get a chance to get me due to the fact that new customers kept coming in. So I basically was sitting there while my car had been done all this time. My frustration with this dealership is quit high as it's not ok to leave your customers waiting when there back end people already completed the job. I wish I didnt have to come here but I do. Also Kason, if you're reading this, the way you handle a situation with an upset customer needs to be improved. I witnessed you with one and i was shocked at some of the things you had said. More
