We are actually in the process of expanding our dealership to allow for more service bays, which will also give us the ability to hire more staff to accommodate the high volume of Subaru customers that we have. Expansions are certainly not quick processes, but it is in the works! In the mean time, we hope that you consider calling ahead of time before you make the trip in to see what the oil change wait time is and/or consider utilizing our Shuttle Service! Our shuttle driver is able to drop customers off anywhere within the Bend city limits and pick them back up once their vehicle is done being serviced! We have even taken customers to their grocery store of choice and picked them AND THEIR GROCERIES up to bring them back to their completed vehicle! We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your last Service visit. Typically our estimated time is fairly accurate. However, sometimes there are issues that come up that we are not expecting. We are not sure what happened on that particular day that you came in, but we are working on a Service expansion which will allow for more oil change bays as well as more employees to be able to service our oil change customers in a more timely manner. Until that happens, please feel free to utilize our shuttle service! Our shuttle driver can drive you anywhere in Bend and pick you back up once your vehicle is done being serviced!
