Really impressed by the quick turnaround time. I was told it would take up to 3 hours, they finished it in 1. Service ( when they got it right) was fine. We went in for an oil changed and ended up towing car back to dealership. A piece of rock got into oil filter and car smoked, engine was fine though. Problem was trying to get dealership on the telephone to solve problem. They have a real communication problem, they need more staff. Once we got car back to dealer, Jeff made it right. Comped oil change snd provided a person to clean our oil flicked driveway. We will still use Subaru of Bend they have us a nice loaner car. but seriously, fix your phone system! More

First time I've ever had a recall on a vehicle and my brake light was out. They said about a couple hrs no big deal. I didnt have another vehicle to drive so I sat in waiting area. I asked if they could brake light was out. They said about a couple hrs no big deal. I didnt have another vehicle to drive so I sat in waiting area. I worked with Richard Van Gelder. He was excellent in explaining everything about the vehicle I was interested in. Surprisingly I was not hounded in any way after I left the lot. I was given my Costco pr explaining everything about the vehicle I was interested in. Surprisingly I was not hounded in any way after I left the lot. I was given my Costco pricing to mull over. In researching, I came up with a quote from a different dealership which was $1035.00 less than the Costco pricing. . I asked Richard if the price could be matched. Approximately 5 minutes later my request was approved! I then felt comfortable with the price and glad I would not have to drive 3 hours to the other dealer. My car was ready to go in short order. Richard once again reviewed the workings of my new ride and I was on my way! More
