We are very sorry to hear that your experience was less than exceptional during your last Service visit. We have different areas around the dealership where shade is available. Did you happen to ask any of the employees if they could suggest a more comfortable outdoor option while you wait? We have additional chairs that are currently not in use that could have very easily been relocated for your comfort, upon request. We apologize for the long wait time that you endured. We are trying to keep up with the high demand, while we undergo a dealership expansion. Our plan is to have more Express Service Lanes and more technicians upon completion, so we can accommodate customers in a more timely fashion. In the future, you can also ask to speak with the Service Manager, Brian Engle if you have any concerns that you need to address. We would be happy to reset your clock if you still need assistance with that and sincerely apologize for not catching that when we were done with your vehicle.
