After spending time finding the perfect first car, the salesman backed out of the deal. I had already put a deposit down to have the car transferred, believing that my Salesman Jeff had already secured t salesman backed out of the deal. The deposit was put down Thursday at 12:30PM. On Friday at 6PM, I was notified that the car wouldn't be coming until the end of the month now. After many attempts to try to figure something out, he just chose not to reply for the rest of the weekend. Today I called his Manager Peter and was told he would get to the bottom of the issue and would call me back. He never did. Instead, about 1 hour after I was told that he'd call me back, I received a message from Jeff saying they were going to refund my deposit. I never told them I wanted to cancel the deal, they made the decision themselves after not replying all weekend. The way they handled it all was very unprofessional and I would certainly hate for someone else to be put through the same ordeal. If this is how the Management acts, then that is very sad. More

Just a oil change, but went faster than I expected. Covid 19 precautions were evident. Very friendly staff.
