Good service although dealership needs to expand I frequent this dealership for my maintenance work since I purchased my car here. The appointment time was 6 weeks out when I called to achy. This particular scheduled maintenance included a recall to recalibrate the fuel gauge as well as a routine scheduled maintenance. Cannot schedule oil changes and the “express” oil changes (no appointment) are 2-3 hour waits sometimes. More

Good friendly service, mediocre communication. Easy to make an appointment, and Mitch was extremely friendly and fast when I dropped my car off. Only room for improvement was that I was not notified when the work was finished, but had to chase people down over the phone. I received a text with a number I could communicate with Mitch on via text, but no one ever replied. When I called several hours later, it took a few minutes and lots of confusion for a woman “can’t remember her name”, to confirm that my car was in fact ready. A little annoying I had to confirm with her several times who I was and what car was mine. Overall, good service with a few bumps. More
