Buy a car here ONLY if you have absolutely NO other options, ie. they are the last dealership on the West Coast!! More

I walked into the Santa Monica Subaru dealership like the 'deer in the headlights', having no idea what to expect and very nervous because I didn't have any idea which model would be the right one for me. When Chenchen Yu greeted me with a smile and soft-spoken voice, I relaxed and explained my situation. As a result of our conversation, she directed me toward the Impreza Hatchback, which I would probably not have considered left to my own devices, but as we talked about the cars in more detail, and she was very patient as I absorbed all of the information I was getting from her, I ended up with the Impreza Hatchback. It is exactly what I wanted but didn't know. It just took the experience of dealing with a someone as Chenchen Yu. Everyone on the Subaru team I dealt with was very pleasant, helpful and what can be a stressful experience buying a car was made very easy and pleasant. More
