I LOVE MY SUBARU Yes, I could do the commercial! Not only is the car the best, I always get top notch service. Irawan Soegono was my service rep. He was totally tho Yes, I could do the commercial! Poor Customer Service Provided After Buying the Car I have tried contacting Subaru Santa Monica twice on the phone months later after I have bought the car about replacing a component which was already I have tried contacting Subaru Santa Monica twice on the phone months later after I have bought the car about replacing a component which was already damaged when I first bought the car and a program called Equity Shield. I have also emailed the sales person Vance who sold me the car. No response from them or whatsoever. I had to go the nearest Subaru dealership Ladin Subaru. They were extremely helpful and ordered a replacement part immediately. Subaru Santa Monica is a place you want to go to get the best price, but go to other dealerships for the best service. More
